Today, I wore green as a quiet prayer of solidarity for our kidnapped children.

Green symbolizes life, renewal, and the enduring hope that breaks through the darkest times.

To our precious children: you are not forgotten. You are deeply loved. May God’s protection cover you, and may you be restored to safety and freedom very soon.

Today, I woke up with a deep sense of concern, but also a renewed sense of hope.

After reflecting on the current state of our country, I feel compelled to speak out and inspire a shift in our collective mindset.

As someone who’s had the privilege of experiencing both Christianity and Islam, I firmly believe that religion is not the root of our problems - our mindset is.

It’s time for us to rise above our differences and work towards a brighter future for Nigeria.

Let’s come together to challenge our assumptions and foster a culture of empathy and understanding.

By doing so, we can unlock our full potential and create a more just and harmonious society for all.

Let’s choose to see beyond our differences and harness our collective power to drive positive change.

Join me on this journey towards a more united and prosperous Nigeria?

Throwback to May 2024 on the “International day for happiness” Youth led capacity workshop with UNFPA, When we joined forces with our sister organizations in Abuja for an unforgettable moments, it was designed specifically for youth-led organizations!
Those were days filled with laughter, learning, and limitless inspiration! We shared experiences, gained new insights, and forged unbreakable bonds with fellow change-makers.
This workshop was more than just a training session - it was a celebration of youth power, creativity, and resilience! We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and organizations who share our passion for creating positive change.
As we reflect on these cherished memories, we’re reminded that together, we can achieve greatness! Here’s to many more moments of collaboration, growth, and impact!

No better way to celebrate the #internationalwomensday2025 than this ☝️

The theme: #Accelerate Action- the time to take action is NOW!!!

The women/girls were equipped with skills and knowledge for economic empowerment.
We believe when women are empowered, they help create a safer communities, drive social progress, and promote gender equality.

From the insightful sessions on (GBV) awareness, sexual reproductive health (SRH), menstrual hygiene management (MHM) and to hands-on liquid soap production training. It was such an impactful and engaging event!

Grateful for a working team that made this possible across the states; Adamawa, Abuja & Benue.

When women are empowered, communities thrive!

#PurposeDrivenStart2025ElelaCare

We began the year by reviewing our annual strategic plan, setting the stage for an impactful year ahead.

Additionally, we celebrated the hard work and dedication of our pioneer volunteers, especially the NYSC Corps members, who have completed both their service year and 6 months of volunteer work with Elela-Care Organization-Care. 🎉

It was an honor to present them with certificates of appreciation for their incredible contributions. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors and thank them for being part of Elela-Care Organization's journey toward positive change! 💙
