Muertos Fest began with just a handful of altars, hoping to highlight the long-standing tradition of Día de Muertos. 14 years later, Muertos Fest has become one of the largest Day of the Dead celebrations in the nation, featuring over 80 handmade altars by community members, families, artists, and local organizations.
