How do you squeeze 6 YEARS into 35 clips?!

Six years ago I started The METHOD to build my dream job…somehow it turned into something way bigger, louder, and more magical than I ever imagined.

From basement beginnings to multiple big, bold spaces. From “let’s see if this works” to “we’re just getting started.”

The real magic? The people. The team. The community. The motivated movers who trust us with their goals and their grit. 🤍

Find your people. Build something meaningful. Hold them close.

Cheers to 6 years of betting on myself and to all that’s still ahead. ✨💙

Our PT (and season marathoner!) Elyse is sharing what training has taught her — not just about running, but about life.

Marathon prep is so much more than miles on the road. It comes with handling setbacks, building resilience, and celebrating the little wins along the way.

Check out her full blog post to read more about her journey and lessons learned (blog link in bio!)
