Today was the first time the whole studio team has been together since December 2025. Gosh, I am blessed with the BLOODY BEST! And we farewell Han for her maternity leave 🥹 Lauz tuned in via FaceTime - we missed you Caz 🩷 20 min walk (week 1, day 2) and already feeling so much better 🥹👑 Movement really is just the best medicine 💫 (even if your quads are hurting)…mine too 😉 Ted being a unit as always 🤟🏻 And sleeping Sonny 😇 I saw @sarestore1 share something about sharing your kids (whilst you might not think it’s related to @saltbushstretch or movement) but this is a small business is a part of our family too. A business to make you feel like the best version of yourself 💫 Start again is only 2 days in and I already am feeling a little spring back in my step 🩷 So yes, me feeling good is for me, but it’s also for my kids, my staff members, my friends, hubby (he doesn’t like grumpy Portie) I also want to show my kids that you have to work hard, take risks and give life a red hot crack! Remember you can start again anytime. Just have to believe. Biggest love. Em xx

Say hello to our #dreamteam in The Studio for 2026 🔥 Me (Em) 🤠💁🏼‍♀️ @saltbushstretch - Owner + founder of Saltbush Stretch - Teaches Refomer, mat Pilates + yoga - Almost 28 weeks pregnant - About to start renovating (great timing) - Have THE BEST TEAM - So bloody proud to them all - Love our Saltbush Community 🥹❤️ Han 🥰 - Teaches Refomer + yoga - Queen of control and stability on the Refomer - Monday night yoga is the place to be - Currently taking a mini break (but she’ll be back soon) 🤞🏻❤️ Flee 💃🏼 - Reformer Queen (will start her mat Pilates training soon) - Queen of teaching strength + control - So adaptable as a teacher and comes up with moves we didn’t even know existed 🤣❤️ - Loves an early morning ☀️ Mol 🔥 - A savage Refomer teacher (gym girl vibes) - Has taken a little break but is coming back to teach a few classes per week - Loves a booty band and a heavy weight - Counts very slowly 🤣 Karly 👋🏻 - Newest Refomer teacher (get around her) - Just turned 18 🥳 - Loves running and we are so excited for her to join the team Honestly, these babes are 11/10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and so proud to have them in the Saltbush gang!
