Honored to co-host @worldwomanfund with a group of inspiring women @thedashshot Founder & CEO @worldwomanfund , Désirée Asher Founder @lascenedesartistes , HONORABLE MICHELLE MÜNTEFERING - @michellemuentefering CEO, German Producers Alliance & Former Minister of State for International Cultural Policy, Federal Foreign Office Germany during @festivaldecannes !
As a former intelligence operative who spent years on the frontlines combating human trafficking, I know firsthand how much is at stake when we fail to protect the next generation of women. When women stand together — not in competition, but in power — we don’t just change rooms. We change the world.
To every woman in that room: you are the message. 🌹 Thank you for coming and supporting each other ❤️

Today, I had the honor of attending the WORLD WOMAN FOUNDATION Cannes Agenda during the Cannes Film Festival.

Listening to both Rupa Dash and Kate Monroe was truly inspiring.

I also really appreciated the intervention of Emb Hashmi, whose energy and way of presenting the conversation were exceptional.

What touched me most was one simple but powerful idea:
Every woman has a story to tell.

Not only in cinema.
In life.

As a mother, caregiver, author, entrepreneur, and producer, this message resonated deeply with me.

Women supporting women, sharing stories, and creating bridges through cinema and humanity… this is why spaces like this matter so much. ✨

I’ve seen a lot of Ramadan Kareem posts. 🕋🤲🏻📿

I want you all to listen & share this message from another of our brave Correspondents in Gaza @abdalwahab_hamad 🇵🇸

Do not forget that the Palestinians in Gaza and beyond are suffering. Imagine for a minute living through winter in squalor, in tents, no food, medicine etc. we cannot imagine this. Hopefully we never will.

I am not hugely religious but when I fast this month I will pray for them 🇵🇸
