You never stop, but it could be taking a toll on your health. Here’s how:

1. It’s that word we’ve been hearing non-stop: Cortisol. That constant stress keeps your body in a constant state of fight-or-flight, leading to high cortisol levels, which can cause anxiety, insomnia, and weight gain.

2. Hormonal Imbalance: High cortisol and stress can seriously throw off your hormonal balance, leading to irregular cycles, mood swings, and metabolic issues.

3. Burnout + Adrenal Fatigue: when there’s little room for recovery, your adrenal glands go into overdrive, eventually leading to fatigue, brain fog, and overwhelming exhaustion.

4. Increased Inflammation: constant stress and lack of rest trigger inflammation in the body, which contributes to chronic conditions like digestive issues, heart disease, and autoimmune disorders.

5. Weakened Immune System: non-stop hustle lowers your immunity, making you more susceptible to illness and slowing recovery time when you do get sick.

6. Poor Sleep: The rush of stress and constant overworking disrupts your circadian rhythm, leading to poor sleep and a weakened ability to function during the day.

Breaking free from hustling non-stop isn’t about doing less, it’s about doing MORE for your health. And by that we mean MORE Rest, MORE recovery, and MORE balance.

Those aren’t luxuries, they’re necessities.

Swing by, grab yourself a nutritious snack or drink and take a minute for you today. 💚

Sometimes life feels like a headstand. Awkward, shaky, uncertain.

But growth begins in those wobbly stages. In the tucked-knee seasons that teach us patience and presence.

@wellnesswithkladi reminds us that headstands (and life) aren’t about force, but about controlled movement, breath, and trusting the process. She guides us to start small. Knees tucked. Then, when you’re steady, extend slowly–and trust that you’ll float when you’re ready.

We get it, protein is all the craze, but if most of your protein is coming from animal foods, you might be missing the amount of fibre your gut needs.

Protein-rich foods can be hard on your digestive system without fiber to balance things out. Fiber promotes healthy digestion, reduces bloating, and ensures you’re getting the most out of your meals.

It also feeds the healthy bacteria in your gut, promoting optimal gut health. A balanced microbiome helps with nutrient absorption, boosts immunity, and reduces inflammation throughout the body. The goal is 30 different plants each week for a healthy gut!

You can add high-fiber, plant-based foods like beans, lentils, vegetables, chia seeds, and whole grains to your high-protein meals. Or grab a smoothie, bowl, or snack from Habitual – we have loads of plant-forward options!!

Remember: Your body needs both protein and fiber to truly thrive. It’s all about balance!

MAKEUP
My first true passion.
It was never(still isn’t)about the make up for me, it’s about the connection to the other person. Helping to empower that person to feel good, to understand their skin and their face and be more in their body. IT’S ALL CONNECTED 🫶
When I started Harlow 10 years ago it was so natural. It made sense for me to create a product that would further connect someone to them self, their wants and needs. I remember having the moment when I asked myself why am I putting on this cream? Why am I wearing this make up? Why am I putting on this moisturizer? for who?! there was no connection.
💯Our ingredient lists are short, less than 12 natural ingredients kinda short..
🌟The packaging is thoughtful, no secondary packaging is a very conscious decision for us, not every product needs a box that ultimately ends up as waste.
👍Recyclable and biodegradable paper tubes for lips and balms.
😎Aluminum refills for at home refilling on all your liquid products so you don’t have to contribute to additional waste with buying a heavy, bulky glass vessel every time..glass is not as recycled as we think it is..
🤩A true love and passion for creating something from start to finish that is better for you and the planet we all share.
Thanks for sharing our goods with your people, we are grateful, thankful and honoured that in, what seems like an endless ocean of selfcare products, you choose us. Blows my mind every time. 🙏🥰

The best body moisturizer.. What would it feel like? What would be in it? or better question, what wouldn’t be in it?
Would it be less than 12 natural ingredients with no preservatives, fillers or water? If yes, you found it. 👋 10 years strong as our best seller, body balm in 3 beautifully natural scents.
