For real though, I used to be a carido JUNKY!

I also ran on caffeine and adrenaline and could take a nap every day (if I allowed myself the time)!

That didn't keep me strong, it kept me (fairly) fast and depleted.

Now in just 2-3 days a week plus walks/hikes and some yoga (and recently some more climbing) Im picking up weight I never thought I could! 💪

Its all about health span for me! I've got a 12 year old to keep up with!

Let's do this ladies!

P.s. if your depleted or dealing with gut imbalances you should address those imbalances first and focus on gentle movement for a while as you ease into this. There were certainty times in my health journey that this wouldn't work for me!

Finished out 2025 at my strongest! 💪 Been working out consistently all year at @embodystl and have been pushing myself to LIFT HEAVY. Today I maxed out my deadlift at 305# x 2 and it felt great. Love the motivation of the small group classes. I knew my Embody Tribe is there to support and push each other!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WALT!

How did you celebrate the occasion?

I'm so fortunate to be surrounded by my Embody Tribe @embodystl We started as a group who happened to all work out at the same time and we've grown into a magical group of friends and support!

We still show up at the gym, but we also enjoy coffee talk, breakfasts, and finding ways to grow ourselves and our businesses.
Ive been really lucky to meet these people!

So this fun idea came out of one breakfast that happened to fall right before Walt's Birthday.

So glad I have this group to celebrate the important occasions....and not so important occasions.

Come check out this Dirty Dozens workout the trainers (including me) @embodystl concocted for our fall party. Everyone left hating me (I was the master of the timer; and I created the format) but it is all out of love
