People ask me how I decided to open a fitness studio. And the reality is, I didn’t. bodycraft began in 2018 as a desire to offer a class that didn’t punish or shame you. I created the workout I personally craved: dance-centric, rhythmic, challenging but with a heavy dose of hair whipping, booty-popping, and joyful smiles.

My effervescent approach and thoughtful cueing took off and I’ve been putting one foot in the front of the other ever since. I’m thrilled more and more people are discovering the FUN and JOY of bodycraft, and at its core, I hope it can give you the same gift it’s given me: brain space to live a full life beyond obsessing about your body.

at bodycraft, everyone is a dancer!! and dance release is the class that will have your heart racing and your backup dancer dreams fulfilled. join us for 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes learning a combo at the end! she’s sweet and spicy!

work anxiety? break up blues? feeling down? dance class outperforms both SSRIs and cognitive behavioral therapy at reducing symptoms of depression (for real!). dance is a gift, and the best part is, you don’t need to be skilled. at bodycraft, we break down dance to be more approachable and accessible for even the very beginner!

@sabrina_darnall will officially be on the schedule teaching dance release on monday nights 🤩 join her mondays at 6pm for 30 minutes of cardio and a choreography finisher.

we pulled off an epic surprise flash mob to say goodbye to our dearest @kattrobertson and celebrate her wedding. wow!!! what a special, celebratory day. and she had NO IDEA! 🥳 we love you Kat!!
