Who would’ve thought 2026 would give me protein fatigue and a severe ick for an entire macronutrient? 🤯

Are you actually smashing your protein goals or just falling victim to another marketing department capitalising on a trending topic?

The easiest way to hit your protein target? Eat more meat and/or complete plant-based protein sources, and supplement with a quality WPI/WPC/plant based protein powder if genuinely needed.

It’s really not that deep.

Next thing we will be subbing out red meat, chicken, tofu and tempeh for freaking “protein lollies” 🤦🏼‍♀️ #emfbethania #triggered #unleashedbycody #strengthcoach

Happy 4 week anniversary @shantiworld13 and what a wonderful first month of coaching it has been 🔥

1:1 sessions are a vibe! But it’s always essential to me that my clients are LEARNING the entire time we are working together and understanding the WHY behind each cue and each movement I select for them.

So in our time together we have been going through the compound lifts and getting a deeper understanding on how to execute them alongside some of my other weird exercise variations she might find creeping around in her future programs.

Strength is ⬆️
Training enjoyment ⬆️
Recovery ⬆️
Compliance 💯

Cheers to the next 4 weeks! #unleashedbycody #emfbethania #strengthcoach #unaestheticcontent

🔥Tuesday 6am Strength Crew 🔥

Deadlifts were on the menu this morning and it’s amazing to watch everyone get stronger and feel more and more confident week to week across the main lifts.

Plus it’s so much fun to hang out with this little community we have created together 🥹 #unleashedbycody #emfbethania #strengthcoach #strengthclass #deadlifts

CAN I JUST SAY STARTING MY TRAINING WEEK ON A SUNDAY HAS MADE MY LIFE FEEL INCREDIBLY MORE MANAGEABLE.

Look, yes it would be lovely to only have to worry about chilling out and getting the washing done on a Sunday BUT the stress squatting on a Sunday has taken off my shoulders, it sounds ridiculous but it’s been AMAZING.

I feel like I have so much extra time on my hands and able to manage the rest of my insane work week so much better😅

Sunday Squats
3x4 - 120,140,145kgs
1x3 - 150kgs (cause I was a little bitch)

V-Squat step downs
3x8/side 90kgs (10kgs up from last week)

Leg extensions
2x1RIR

Eccentric focused S/L hamstring curls
2x10/side

+ adductor & core work & stepsssss

So, if you’re struggling to manage your weeks and work and family and training and life feel like it’s swallowing you, it might be time to look at moving around your training days to make everything feel lighter 🫶🏻 #unleashedbycody #emfbethania #strengthcoach #unleashedstrong #unaestheticcontent

Patience might be the missing link across your lifts.

One of the most valuable things I’ve learnt when it comes to building a strong, powerful deadlift is LISTENING to the barbell and being patient off the floor.

Jade and I have been so hyperfixated on growing our bums that conventional deadlifts got evicted from her program in favour of V-squat good mornings (more direct glute stimulus for the work we’re putting in 🍑)

But who doesn’t love a cheeky conventional deadlift skill session? A chance to practise the movement, tweak a couple of things and have her ready for when they eventually make their way back into the plan. #unleashedbycody #emfbethania #strengthcoach #unaestheticcontent #deadlifts
