Thank you to open Book at the MSP airport for inviting me again to be part of the book fair! I really appreciate you supporting my book Fearless middle grade :-) and I had such a great time hanging out with these other talented authors and illustrators. It was… A lovely day. #mnkidlit #openbookatmsp #middlegradebooks #elementaryteacher

🔥 MORE THAN LIT, YOU DID THAT.

We’re still riding the high and feeling so incredibly grateful. Together, we’ve raised $29,848.95 for Read With Me MN, our biggest fundraiser yet and a 38.6% increase from last year! We also had $12,230 in art sales supporting participating local artists, with $1,700 of that benefiting Read With Me MN.

More than 200 people showed up to celebrate books, art, local artists, authors, illustrators, and community. You bid. You donated. You bought art. You brought your people. You made More Than Lit what it was.

To our emcee @assatamonet, event coordinator @rippleeventmktg , sponsors, artists, volunteers, and everyone who came. Thank you. Truly. 🥹📚🎨

Now tell us, what was your favorite part of More Than Lit? Drop it below! ⬇️

What a fabulous time @readwithmemn's MORE THAN LIT art gala auction was! A true celebration of literacy, putting books in the hands of all children, cultural representation, and stunning local art by incredibly talented local MN artists like my dear friend, the amazing @emikorainbow!

Read with Me MN is a fantastic organization that strives so passionately to be a bridge between children's authors and putting books in the hands of kids from every walk of life. A big shoutout to Taylor Sorrells and the entire Read with Me MN team for putting together such an incredible event!

Loved seeing members of the @mnbipockidlit too! ✨
