Big thanks to my bro @maxx.inmotion for that first invitation to run with @sabairunclub.bkk , and to the whole Sabai community (@imstevelim @emikotokuda @maris.dinosaur )for inspiring non-runners like me to start with small steps and take better care of our bodies.
Above all, thank You, God, for the good health, strength, and every kilometer You allowed me to run. 🙏
One step at a time. More miles to come.

Recap Scenic Rayong 10K Race 2026 🌊🏃‍♂️

Recap Scenic Rayong 10K Race 2026 🌊🏃‍♂️
Last year = zero training, literally passed out on the beach lol 🫠

This year, I came with a training plan and dropped my time from 57 to 54 mins! My original plan for today was to keep the effort strictly around 70-80% just to save my legs for Hyrox next week. But honestly, the vibe was so good and I had so much fun running it today!

Seeing this progress really gives me the motivation to aim for a Sub 50 this year 🔥

So glad I finished injury-free, even with the metal plate in my leg. Got a few random twinges here and there, but just learning to adapt and keep moving forward.

Repped @sabairunclub.bkk again this year! 💙 Huge thanks to the @seasunclub_ , and all the run clubs for keeping the energy high and pushing us all to get out and run. See you at the next one! 🙌✨

this was the first non-work trip I’ve taken out of Bangkok since moving here and I had so much fun 🥹🥹

running my first 10km since last november was made so fun by all my lovely friends cheering me on, seeing each other on the course and ofc the soundtrack of the waves over the sunset was so special 🫶🏼✨
