Giulia’s runclub x LERA x Nude Project end of summer run. The idea was simply: a run from one location to the other with a big group of people. Getting matching (stick on) tattoos, first 20 people showing up got a free cap and everyone filled out their drink menu cards. BIG shoutout to everyone that showed up despite the rain POURING. Everyone still so happy and chatty. Because guess what, rain is just rain. And we don’t care. Ended with the best matcha’s of the city @lera.matcha <3

we were hot…. thanks to @heatlab.nl hey there, i'm Tyash - 28, figuring it out one side quest at a time. marketing, creative direction, social media design + strategy by day. building a few things across beauty, health, and tech on the side. but mostly just living this chaos out loud. into wellness, biohacking, slow life and cold plunges? you'll feel at home #sidequest #buildinpublic #dreamlife

Little glimpses of life recently. New country, new friends, new challenges. Wouldn’t change a single thing about it and loving every single second of it 🫶🏼

Is Amsterdam ready for some Saunagus?! HEATLAB is ready to test the market! Saunagus is a Scandinavian ritual that encompasses hot & cold temperatures, sounds and scents. It is a reset for body & mind, a guided experience by experienced professionals. The expected demographic for the bathing suit sauna concept is a young urban health seeking audience, mostly organized through gyms, teams or runners clubs. Founders Emil en Lisa have been working extremely hard over the past weeks to build the physical area for their new business in the coworking garden and tonight they host their first ever test session on Dutch soil with a ladies field hockey team from @amhcwesterpark The couple are here straight out of Copenhagen to fill an unsaturated market opportunity in the recently developing sauna trend in Ams, that’s up until now dominated by self-service remote access saunas. With “Saunagus” entering the market, differentiation is about to come upon this city! Follow their journey on their brand new insta page @heatlab.nl P.S Sports or health influencer? Locally famous? Or active in the right demographic? You can help grow this business AND get invigorated at the same time! @heyamsterdamnoord @sportstudio79 @noordinbeeld @noordagenda @trainmore @amhc_fit @tennisclub_atc_kadoelen
