Fun Fact: Did you know Cooper’s Hawk crafts around 60 different wines each year? Supervised by Master Sommelier Emily Wines (yes, her real name!), they manage one of the largest direct-to-consumer wine programs in the country - sourcing fruit from top wine regions worldwide! @emily.wines

Which of these Cooper’s Hawk lineup bottles would you open first?

COOPER’S HAWK CELLAR ROUNDUP
I’ve accumulated quite the Cooper’s Hawk lineup at home this year! Since I haven’t posted these yet, I put together a quick carousel tour of what I’ve been enjoying. Leading off with the stunning Camille Dauntless - a bold Washington State red blend anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon that is as gorgeous on the outside as it is inside.

Swipe through to explore the bottle art. Here’s the complete breakdown of the lineup! 👇

✨ Camille Dauntless
Blend: Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (Washington)
Profile: Blackberry, dark plum, silky oak, and cocoa. Bold, structured, and dauntless!

✨ Camille Proud
Blend: Elegant Bordeaux Blend (California)
Profile: Ripe black cherry, vanilla bean, and polished tannins with a long, velvety finish.

✨ Chef Curtis Stone GSM
Blend: 70% Shiraz, 20% Malbec, 10% Grenache (Australia)
Profile: Juicy raspberry, cracked black pepper, and subtle baking spice. Food-friendly perfection!

✨ Super Tuscan
Blend: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (Tuscany, Italy)
Profile: Sun-ripened red cherry, dried herbs, leather, and a rustic Italian acidity.

✨ Artist’s White Blend
Blend: Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand)
Profile: Crisp green apple, white peach, honeysuckle, and bright citrus. Super refreshing!

✨ Cooper’s Hawk Rosé
Blend: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre (Washington)
Profile: Fresh watermelon, wild strawberry, and crisp lemon zest with a bone-dry, vibrant finish.

✨ Cooper’s Hawk Prosecco
Varieties: 100% Glera (Veneto, Italy)
Profile: Vibrant white flowers, honey, and crisp lime with lively, persistent bubbles. The ultimate celebration starter or Aperol Spritz base!

The Orchard Harvest Spritz 🍊

The perfect fall cocktail awaits—cozy, seasonal, and made for sipping all season long. ⏳ Bottles are selling out fast, so grab yours before it's gone.

The secret? A peeled mandarin with a little rosemary stem, frozen right into the bottom of the glass. It chills your drink without watering it down, and by the last sip it's the best bite of the whole thing.

HOW TO MAKE IT

Peel a mandarin, keeping it whole. Press a small sprig of rosemary into the top for the stem. Set it in the bottom of a stemless glass with a splash of water and freeze at least 4 hours.

When you're ready to pour:
1 oz elderflower liqueur
4 oz Orchard Harvest
3 oz club soda

Pour in that order, serve right away, and let the little pumpkin do the rest. 🥂

Save this one for your next fall gathering.
