Post-vacation reset mode: ACTIVATED 🧳

Instead of stressing about meal prep after being gone, I grabbed a bunch of meals from @fit_flavors_stl. Fresh, prepared, macro-friendly, and perfect for busy people who still want to eat well.

Coming home to an empty fridge made it so much easier to reset - clean slate, fresh start, and meals that make hitting my goals way less overwhelming 💪

I’m always posting about the juice plus products that have changed mine and my kids’ lives - I haven’t shared just how much this group means to me and inspires me to be my best self in every aspect of my life. When it comes to the health living community, I have unfortunately experienced a lot of perfectionist and judgmental attitudes, but not at Juice Plus. These women are so educational without the judgement. So uplifting without the pressure of being perfect. So supportive without the need for recognition. They face just as many challenges as the rest of the world, but they are brave and bold and tackle all of them head on - they are real change makers 💪🏻 and real life superheroes and I’m honored to be on this journey with them ❤️

I’d LOVE for you to be a part of this community with me. Message me if you’ve been praying for this type of community - I’d love to welcome you in with open arms 🫶🏻
