To welcome in the 28th year i wanted to do something that felt sacred and wholesome. Something that would cleanse out the last 27 years and welcome in new fresh revitalizing energy.

So Kirtan felt like it was the perfect practice. I had some friends over to sing mantras, pray over ourselves and just pause to appreciate everything we have in life. It was really special.

If we’re talking about measuring things by wavelength and frequency, this night felt so pure and high vibrational. It felt like nourishment for the soul.

Im so grateful for how life has unfolded and would’ve never guessed we’d be in the yoga space growing up, but life will always guide you to where you need.

So let this be your sign to follow your intuition, gather with friends, organize activities that help you feel inspired, cleansed and energized and maybe jam out with some Kirtan too ✨

No other way i would’ve wanted to spend this night.
