Mykonos ☀️🇬🇷

So lucky to have a sister I can have the best time with. A week of sunshine, lots of sunbathing, spicy margaritas and absolutely destroyed me at S**T HEAD 🃏

Mykonos will be a destination that will be hard to top 🔥

Emily came to me wanting to improve muscle tone and strength. She was already a competitive runner but was looking to see her physique change in a way it hadn’t before

Due to her already doing tonnes of cardio with her runs, our main tool to get the results she was after, was weight training.

We worked hard to improve both her form and her intensity in the gym, ensuring she was progressing her lifts week after week, while optimising her diet to fuel sessions and recovery adequately.

This allowed her to see sustainable progress over 3 months while still incorporating intense running most days.

Do you have a holiday coming up that you’re looking to get in shape for? Dm me the word COACHING 💪🏼

Recovery from an Achilles injury isn’t just about physical healing—it’s about rebuilding the confidence to push off again. Our ambassador, Emily @emilyproto , has been navigating her rehab journey by trading the unpredictable pavement for the precision of the JTX Sprint 8 Pro.

Why is the JTX Sprint 8 Pro her go-to for an injury-safe comeback?

> Confidence in the Deck: With a wider, ultra-stable platform, the “trip factor” is gone. Emily can focus entirely on her form and foot strike without the mental stress of running out of space.

> The “Pro” Bounce: The Sprint 8 Pro features advanced internal cushioning. That “slight bounce” Emily loves is actually precision-engineered shock absorption that significantly reduces the load on healing tendons compared to road running.

> Total Control: Whether she’s listening to her body and needing a quick stop or switching to a high-intensity incline walk to keep the cardio up without the impact—the Pro responds instantly.

> The Ultimate Cockpit: Recovery sessions can be long. With a dedicated iPad shelf and deep storage for gels and hydration, Emily stays fueled and entertained, turning a rainy-day “rehab run” into the highlight of her day.

From Bluetooth connectivity for immersive Zwift sessions to a space-saving folding design, the Sprint 8 Pro is built for those who refuse to let a setback become a stop sign.

Ready to rebuild your run on a platform that has your back?

When smart training matters more than perfect conditions

This is Emily, our JTX Ambassador, training for upcoming marathons while recovering from injury — using her JTX Sprint-8 Pro to stay consistent when outdoor running isn’t the right choice.

For Emily, the treadmill isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about training smarter, protecting recovery, and keeping momentum through every phase of the journey.

Because long-term progress is built on consistency, patience, and the right support. 🏃🏻‍♀️❄️

Global Running Day 2025 it’s fair to say running has given me so much from when I started in 2013 from a 6 stone weight loss to so many friends and so much more. Running became a way to help get fit and back in shape but turned into self therapy and a journey to some amazing races, locations and fellow runners who have become lifelong friends. It’s giving me some great opportunities with some amazing sponsors too. Thank you to everyone. #globalrunningday #running #run #runner #runners #runfriends #runfamily #runnerscommunity #runningmotivation #runningismytherapy #runfit #runfitness #funforlife #parkrun #teamkyloe #forgoodnessshakes #enertor #adidasrunners
