Fannie Mae just said 7.5% rates through 2027.

Michael Kovary's answer: buy the home anyway.

At AMSA 26 he showed the chart. Essex County homes went from $178K in 1987 to $745K today, through every rate environment there was. The rate is just a chapter. The home is the book.

His full take, with the charts, is on the blog. Read it here: https://www.amsmtg.com/news/rates-staying-high-waiting-is-costing-more

Your business won’t grow just because you’re waiting for the phone to ring. 🔥

Grateful to have been invited to speak at AMSA 2026, sharing the stage with industry leaders I admire and respect.

My message? When the market gets harder, we have to adapt. Create opportunities, build systems, put in the hours, and surround ourselves with partners who raise our standards and keep us moving forward.

I hope you left with more than notes, something you’re putting into action. That’s how we finish 2026 strong and step into 2027 stronger.

To my team, my partners, and the clients who continue to trust us: thank you for being part of what we’re building. 🤍

Build your circle: a trusted lender, title partner, attorney, and home inspector. Having the right team by your side can change your business and your clients’ entire experience.

What’s ONE thing you’re changing in your business before the year ends? 👇

Back to basics: your tribe can change the direction of your life.

Thank you, Jahn and the AMS team, for giving me the opportunity to speak in front of 300 agents and Realtors at the AMSA Convention and share the stage with some of the biggest names in New Jersey real estate.

At the heart of every successful career are the basics: strong relationships, consistent effort, a willingness to learn, and people who believe in you. I’m grateful for partners who push me beyond my comfort zone, create opportunities to grow, and remind me of what truly matters.

What an honor to share my journey with this room!

Big things happen when we get back to basics and grow together.

AMSA 26 wasn't an event. It was an experience. 🎬

340 registered. Sold out. One room, one day, and the best Realtors in New Jersey showed up ready to work.

The panels. The speakers. The energy. This trailer doesn't even do it justice.

Thank you to every Realtor who came, every speaker who brought it, and everyone who made this day what it was.

And we're not done. Ask Michael is live every Wednesday at 11 AM for the Realtors who were in that room. Bring your questions.

This is just the beginning. See you at the next one. 💪

The most successful AMSA we have ever had. And it's because of the people in that room.

AMSA 26 sold out. 340 Realtors registered, and the room was packed from the first panel to the last raffle ticket.

To every Realtor who showed up ready to learn and connect: thank you. You are the reason this day works.

And to our speakers, thank you for bringing the real stuff, no fluff: @emkovary @coachkyledraper @coachjnelson @elonghi.realtor @jason_pierce_njproper_ @oscarrealtor9 @klaudiapiotro @meilyntorresroa @d_title_diva

Plus Ryan Goldsmith, Gus Crivelli, Andrew L'Abbate, Vic Melillo, Mike Conte, Robert Pisani, Jon Galdieri, Pete Romano, Mat Grella, Michael Leusner, James Finch, Geoff Tirabassi, Scott Rutkay, Mohamed Amin, Daumielle Adelman, and Andrew Adelman.

You all gave your time and your best material to help this community close more deals. We don't take that lightly.

This is just the beginning. See you at the next one. 🙏

Hard work pays off.

The long days, late nights, and an entire summer without a vacation—it was all worth it.

When you build genuine relationships, deliver results, and provide exceptional service to your clients, recognition follows.

I don’t chase. I attract.

Grateful to be named by one of my preferred business partners as a Top Originator for August 2026. This is only the beginning! 🙏🏽

The year isn’t over, and neither are my goals. If buying a home, refinancing, or investing in real estate is one of your goals, call me. Let me help you achieve yours—and together, we’ll keep building something special.
