Love an early start to the season 🙌

Kicked things off with some solid PDA sessions and wrapped up our first half term camp of the year 💥 Always a good sign when the energy’s high this early on.

Big thank you to @tyne_rowing_club for hosting us on the final day of camp and giving us the space for some quality land training 🤝

It was a pleasure to get out on the Tyne with @emmabenany and the @beach.sprints.ne Academy this morning. Even in the cold conditions! 🥶
