GAMEIFY your speedwork ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Turn your speedwork into a game and intent follows. Instead of “run faster”, speedwork becomes a competition. It’s more engaging, more intentional, and encourages youth athletes to keep coming back and working hard.

The best part…athletes develop real athletic qualities without it feeling like a chore.

What are your favorite gamified speed & agility drills? ⬇️⬇️

Where my girlies at?

If you like do all things exercise wise, my page is for you. 🫶

❣️This is for my people who don’t just fit into one box of fitness. To the people who like to find ways to move that makes them happy, inspires them, drives them, pushes them, fuels their inner athlete, & leaves them feeling better than when they started.

💫For my people who aren’t training for one specific goal but just loving their fitness journey taking in all sorts of different forms of exercises.

🏃🏼‍♀️I run but I’m not training for a marathon

💪🏼I lift but I’m not training for a competition

🏋🏼‍♀️I do HIIT but I’m not training for a hyrox

🥍I play lacrosse but I’m just a washed up d1 athlete

I move because it’s good for me. Because it makes me happy. Because I’m still an athlete. Because your body needs it.

Find what you love & keep on keeping on✌🏼

Vote in the poll below who you think had the best handles! 🤔🗳️🏀

Should we see what kind of skills they have at the other @healthy_baller locations? 🧐

⬇️ Comment somebody you wanna see dribble the rock!⛹🏾‍♂️ They say you can tell a lot about somebody based on how they play basketball! Lol

In honor of National Girls and Women in Sports Day, we’re proving a few things wrong: ✨

1. 💸”WOMENS SPORTS AREN’T PROFITABLE”:

Women’s sports revenue is actually BOOMING. 📈There’s been a 240% increase in global revenues for women’s elite sports in the last 4 years alone. Women’s sports franchises are also seeing their values drastically increase.

2. 💥”FEMALE ATHLETES AREN’T POWERFUL”:

Female athletes have been shattering records lately. Aryna Sabalenka (tennis) has a forehand speed that rivals several of the ATP Men’s forehand speeds. Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone continued to shatter records as well in 2025, proving that women are only getting faster.

3. 🏈”FOOTBALL ISN’T A GIRLS SPORT”:

Flag football is now an NCAA Emerging Sport for Women, with participation in high schools and clubs rapidly growing across the country.

4. 👀”NOBODY WATCHES WOMENS SPORTS”:

Viewership for women’s sports content across the WNBA, NCAA Women’s Basketball, and NWSL totaled ~370 million viewers hours in 2024…up 430% from 2021.

Here’s to female athletes and women in sports. Keep crushing it! 💪🏼🎀

We had a great crew at our Adult Performance Workshop this past weekend!

Our goal was to emphasize the importance of power, strength, and mobility training as we age. The greatest driver of independence and confidence we have is the ability to move.

A few key takeaways that several of our attendees resonated with:
- Aging doesn’t mean decline
- Pain doesn’t mean stop
- Movement patterns are trainable

We offer one-on-one 60 minute sessions with individualized programming to get you back to your goals.
