🪄🧚 The Fairy Godmother of Motherhood

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Have you ever questioned pursuing that dream on your heart because the people you told didn’t get it?

What you need to realise is ‘NOT EVERYONE IS GOING TO GET IT’ (yes I shouted that, but it needed to be heard).

Once you realise that and become okay with it, that’s when you can start making the change you dream about.

Your friends, your family, the people following the shoulds are either scared you might be successful, jealous they could never go after their dreams or are trying to protect you.

You need to protect yourself by finding people who say ‘YES BITCH, YOU’VE GOT THIS’

Surround yourself with people who are going to champion you, even if you don’t know what you’re doing, it doesn’t work, or you pivot AGAIN.

And trust me, your own self-belief will sky rocket and you will be UNSTOPPABLE!!

Thanks again @i.am.katy.schweiger @themotivationmum @thrivewithjojo @remigutteridge @selfishwithsabrina @send_defender @emmafordcoaching @lyndzees_lymphatics @laurellenbarlow

11 months postpartum. Completely lost. Not even on her own priority list anymore

Meet Emma @emmafordcoaching - drowning in motherhood, feeling invisible in her own life 💛

Every ounce of energy went to her baby, business & life demands leaving little for Emma

She looked in the mirror and didn’t even recognise the person staring back

Clothes didn’t fit

She avoided photos

And the thought of “getting back to herself” felt completely overwhelming

Where do you even START when you’re running on empty?

Here’s what changed when she joined us:

We didn’t throw her into 6-day training splits or restrictive meal plans

We started SMALL
Built foundations
Made it fit HER life as a mum & business owner

The results?

✅ 11kg gone for good
✅ 2 dress sizes down
✅ Training 3x per week (and actually enjoying it)
✅ Feeling STRONG & injury free again!
✅ Finally looking after HERSELF - not as an afterthought
✅ Confidence she didn’t think she’d feel again - so much so she completed our body confidence shoot!

The real transformation? ⬇️

She put herself back on her own priority list

And realising that looking after herself makes her a BETTER mum, not a selfish one

This is what happens when you stop trying to do it all alone and get the support, structure, and guidance you actually need

If you’re ready to put yourself first again, let’s have a chat

Our 3 phase system, The Consistency Club is launched this week!!

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐰𝐫𝐚𝐩 🎉

What most people don’t know is that EMPWR started as an idea for a gym.
A physical space. Somewhere people could walk in and feel supported, not intimidated.

That didn’t happen the way I first imagined.
But something else did.

EMPWR became small group sessions where people showed up even when they didn’t feel like it.
It became online clients training from different places, fitting sessions around real life.
It became structure for people who needed it and consistency for people who’d never had it before.

This year I watched EMPWR clients do their first competitions.
Hit PBs in races.
In different cities and countries.
Stand on start lines they never thought they’d belong on.

I saw people get stronger not just physically.
More confident.
More disciplined.
Better versions of themselves outside the gym too.

It’s still growing.
I’m still learning.
And the vision is still getting clearer.

What happens when powerful women stop putting themselves last and start prioritising themselves..

This. the energy in this photo 🥹🥹

These women didn’t wait for January

They didn’t wait for life to calm down

They started when it felt inconvenient

And that’s exactly why they succeeded

Look at them (beyond proud)

Police officers working unpredictable shifts

Mothers & Coaches

Psychologists holding space for everyone else’s problems

CEOs running companies

Doctors saving lives on 12-hour rotations

HR professionals managing entire organisations

Women planning their own weddings whilst transforming their bodies

These aren’t women with endless time and zero stress

These are women who had EVERY reason to wait

But here’s what they understood….

There is no “right time.”

Life will always be demanding!!

The stress will always be there

The chaos won’t pause for your goals

So they started anyway

Not because they had superhuman discipline

Because they had support

They learned to navigate the messy bits

- the night shifts, the stressful meetings, the wedding cake tastings

The family dinners - while STILL making progress.

And now?

They’re the women who don’t restart every January

They’re the women who FINISH what they start

This December, we’re opening 5 spots for women ready to stop waiting to ‘feel ready’

Women who are done waiting for perfect timing who will be massively REWARDED for taking action this month, not Jan 💁🏽‍♀️

Women who want a community of other powerful, ambitious women who GET IT

Women ready to prove to themselves they’re capable of more

6-12 months of support to navigate your chaotic life while actually transforming

- not despite the chaos, but THROUGH it

📲 If you’re ready to stop waiting and start becoming her,
DM me ‘TRANSFORM’

5 spots opening for December
