An accurate representation of a @bft_streatham class with Auntie Anne & Auntie Emma in attendance 🫪🤣
*not every class … but some classes 👀

And the real joke is we both have pretty adult jobs 🤣🤣🤣 - but fitness should be fun, especially with your mates in attendance

Oh and we randomly found these p*$$y wagons on the street and thought they deserved a joy ride 🚗

Just a few of our most recent 100 club members 💯

Celebrating our members’ wins and recognising their consistency is one of the most important things we do at @bft_streatham. Because progress isn’t built in a single workout. It’s built by showing up, week after week.

Having people who notice your effort, celebrate your achievements, and cheer you on makes all the difference. It’s one of the reasons our community helps so many people stay accountable and keep moving towards their goals.

Congratulations to every member who has hit 100 sessions this month! We’re so proud of you 💙

We’re back again … and now we can say

YOU’RE ALL INVITED!

@tribenaturalenergy is pulling up (literally) with a host of goodies for post run fuel

We’ve got beers, cocktails, and electrolytes galore to keep you going until it’s time to go home 🤪

Running communities jump in and introduce yourselves to each other, and … to new runners about to take on the London Marathon 🏃🏻 🏃🏿‍♀️

Us runners need options for long runs, social runs and track sesshes so let’s all get aquatinted!

After a small 5km trot we’ve got people who KNOW BALL … when it comes to zero Kms - to marathons and ultras, supplements to fuel your training, and exercises to prevent injury

Catch us outside … specifically at @workdotlife SOHO

5/8/26

Grab your ticket … cause when the’re gone, they’re gone 🪄

*we like to keep numbers safe and sexy … 😊
