Unstoppable today… I can’t wait for what the next 6 months and beyond have in store. ✨

Grateful to the ladies in my life who keep me believing in extraordinary possibilities because what a difference a year can make… From summer 2025 with two broken bones (and a lingering broken heart) to summer 2026 with too many blessings to count and a newfound confidence in myself.

At some point, you stop needing more confidence.
You just need to jump.

here’s the thing nobody tells you. A lot of these business owners have already tried hiring the typical sales guy.

The aggressive closer with the script. And it doesn’t work for their offers.

Because their buyers most of whom are *women*🙌🏼don’t want to be pitched at by a man in a suit. They want to be heard.

They want to feel understood before they hand over five or ten thousand dollars.
That’s where you come in. You’re not coming in as the salesperson they’ve been burned by. You’re coming in as the woman who can actually read their buyer, build the trust, and close the deal in a way that feels good for everyone.

So as long as you understand the framework and the strategies the exact ones I teach you inside the academy they will want to hire YOU

People forget sales is not just a commission cheque

Yes it can afford you financial & location freedom but you have the ability to change other people’s lives positively too.

Don’t forget that

Study your failures

It's embarrassing, it makes you cringe but it's the fast track for growth.

Why? Losses reveal your process is failing. You are forced to reverse-engineer: what went wrong? Where? Why?

From there you tweak, adjust and rebuild.

Given enough hard work, speed and efficiency in your process you can make weeks of progress in days.

Paired with the right guidance and mentorship from people in your corner that have been in your shoes before - it's unreasonable to not grow.

First deal closed over the phone, then the second one not even 2 hours later.

Only the beginning.

The last few weeks brought quiet wins dressed as letdowns and rejection. Some tough words to swollow and decisions made that didn’t initially appear to be in my favor. Nothing I tried seemed to be working and it felt like a massive setback when I’d felt I was finally gaining traction.

All blessings in disguise.

A clear sign to STRIP it back and hit the playbook. Back to the basics on all levels.

You can look at tough moments and ask, “What’s missing in me?”

Or flip it. “What am I missing? What am I meant to be learning?”

Where are the gaps? How can I fill them? What shifts need to happen?

What I found- I was holding back the key ingredient.

Me.

A little jaunt through “shit valley”, as our favorite mentor @billwalshofficial says, in the HT space triggered a much needed push.

I changed my approach. Buckled down and hit it it harder.

The outcome? 3 offer opportunities in a single day. All on the spot.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Stay open. Keep your head down. And keep on keepin’ on.

This is for all those who said, “Why are you so obsessed?”

Because obsession gets results.
Because obsession means I don’t flake. I don’t wait for the right time.

You don’t negotiate with your feelings.
You follow through despite being tired because you said you would.

Every time I follow through, I build unshakable confidence.

Not from external validation.
But from being the type of person who follows through. No excuses. No shortcuts.

Surround yourself with people who lift you up ♥️ @emmamaay__

Don’t forget The relationship you have with yourself sets the standard for everything else.
