🎾 If your UTR hasn’t changed in 6 months, it’s time to change your training.

Look at your last matches. What actually cost you points? Identify those weaknesses and build your practices around fixing them. Training more isn’t always the answer. Training smarter is. 💪

❌ Stop checking your opponent’s UTR before every match!

Their rating won’t determine how you play. Focus on what YOU can control: your movement, your game plan, and your strategy. The only thing that matters is how you compete. 💪

🎾 The biggest mistake I made during college recruiting? Focusing on schools I hoped I could play for instead of schools where I could realistically earn a spot in the lineup.

With just ONE month before college started, I only had TWO schools to choose from.

Your dream school matters, but having a realistic recruiting strategy matters just as much. You need a list of schools where you can actually compete, not just a list of schools you hope will recruit you.

🎾 Want to increase your UTR and find the right college tennis fit?
