Another show, another experience, and another opportunity to step on that stage and see what I’m capable of.

So proud of myself for getting here and seeing this season through. Grateful for everything this sport has taught me, and keen to take the feedback from this season and get to work.

A huge thank you to @anb.australia for an amazing show and for making my first experience competing with the federation one to remember.

Thank you to @karly_b_salon_k.n for the hair, @she.by.sharry for the glam and @tanning_garage_strathfield and @bronzontan for getting me stage-ready. Special shout out to @bronzedglowbysarah, you’re a superstar!✨

And @coachblakeredman, thank you for being in my corner through it all. Couldn’t have done this without you.

Three shows down. A whole lot learned. Ending the season proud of how far I’ve come, excited for what’s next and grateful for the most amazing memories and some beautiful new friendships 🤍

Another strong result to finish off what has been a massive first season on stage.

Three shows this year, plenty of medals, an overall title, but more importantly, a completely different athlete from where we started.

We’ve learnt a lot with every show.
We’ve made changes, improved the package each time and continued to get better every time she stepped on stage.

That’s what this first season was always about.

I’m incredibly proud of what Jodie has achieved this year, especially with everything she balances outside of competing.

She committed to the process from start to finish and earned every result that came with it.

Now we close the book on season one.

Time to recover, grow, improve and eventually come back with an even better version.

This sport is so much more than yourself. It’s about the people you meet along the way too. This sport has blessed me with some of my best and closest friends.

This season highlighted some of the best camaraderie I’ve ever had and felt. The athletes I have met, coached, watched and shared moments with will truly live on with me forever.

This sport can be filled with a lot of lonely moments and people who want to see you fall. But when you find those who want nothing but to see you succeed and win fill each others cups.

There’s so much love, joy and success to be felt with one another. When you bond with those who share the passion for bodybuilding it’s like nothing else. No one gets this like they do.

I’m so grateful for all these moments so here’s some memento from this season 🫰🏻💗
