October at Tengu is in full swing! 💋

This month we showcase work by Dublin-based Portuguese street artist Chinelo, whose visual language was shaped by growing up around skate + graffiti culture in his home town of Setúbal.

After moving to Prague, he became immersed in the underground nightlife scene then moving onto creating posters, installations and artwork for spaces including Wildt, Ankali + Club der Visionaere.

The piece featured was created in Prague in 2025 using spray paint + foam board, bringing together the raw, handmade approach rooted in his street art background with the environments and culture that continue to influence his work.

This month we are hosting @chroma4ever @dcudjsociety @tudublindjsoc @spraoi_mor @starlight.project__ @senseliveclub @equinox__collective @woozy_dub @dudjsociety as well as our Tengu Presents in-house shows also in collab with @art.ificialcollective + @subjectevents!

Next Saturday Emmie + Wiseguy are on support for Malin Genie as we link up with Artifical!

Emmie is a DJ who has been making waves since emerging in 2022, with sets across Irish Clubs and festivals including support slots for Saoirse, D.Dan, Shampain + more. Her sound moves through house, garage, minimal + techno, with a strong love for the 90s + 00s.

Wiseguy is the alias of Dublin dancefloor mainstay Conor Lee. He brings a deep, rolling approach to house, techno + electro, drawing from classic Chicago house, Detroit techno, Miami electro + progressive sounds. The two link up for their first b2b to truly kick off the night well before Malin Genie takes over the booth!

Artists spotlight: EMMIE

In just under 2 weeks long time friend of Artificial, Emmie joins us once again alongside Wise guy for their debut b2b to kick things off ahead of Malin Genies Tengu debut.

Emmie has been a long lasting force in the Irish scene, from closing Frame last season to supporting Saoirse in block and making her Fuinneamh festival debut earlier this month, it’s been a real honour for us to watch her career flourish as she sold out our first ever down the local.

Expect some serious house flavours from start to finish on the 10th of October as Emmie sets the tone alongside Wise guy.

Tickets available via Ra- link in our bio.

See you on the dancefloor,

A great night with @frederic.selected, @emmiee33 and some of Dublin’s finest local selectors.

It was a pleasure to be part of @wigwamdublin newest concept, Resonate showcasing local talent while giving people the chance to catch some of their favourite DJs playing extended and all-night-long sets in Dublin.

Big thanks to everyone who came down and made it what it was 🤝

We’ve got some of our most exciting shows to date just around the corner, with announcements coming very soon.

Keep your eyes peeled 👀

End of summer buzz ❤️

Honoured to be saying I’ll be playing @fuinneamh_festival alongside @emmiee33 this Sunday. A huge goal for me and one I’m super excited to experience alongside a fellow @tudublindjsoc alumni 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓.

Before that however, catch me at @35_vintage on Thursday for @bpmireland and @fourfourmagazine voltage pop up spinning some chill bits before the weekend ❤️
