You might have noticed that I've been growing my hair out
(turns out the biologic treatment for psoriatic arthritis also does wonders on clearing scalp psoriasis).
Today I needed it off my face when painting, so I grabbed a clip and now I feel like I've gone back to the 1990s.

Do you remember me from the days when I clipped my hair back like this?

I'm all set up and ready for the @wokingham_artstrail visitors at WADE Wokingham from 1030 tomorrow and Sunday.

As you can see I've brought a range of my animal paintings, structural paintings and watercolours including one from each of my ICU and Following Jesus exhibitions. There are limited edition prints in the browser, cards and sets of cards, books and bookmarks. Truly something for everyone.

That's lots of parking and it's fully accessible so please do come along and say hi.

It is always a joy hanging out at an art exhibition, even more so when there are too many options to pick for "best in show". I'll share some of my favourites tomorrow.

But for now here are the expected photos of me with my various sculptures and paintings.

I have 4 of my clay sculpture series "microbes: life beyond sight" and 2 paintings exhibited at the @wokinghamartsociety annual exhibition at St Paul's Parish Rooms in Wokingham.

If you're thinking about visiting the @readingguildofartists exhibition then make sure you get there, you really don't want to miss the chance to see 500 pieces of art of every form and style. Here are just some of my favourites and it was hard to narrow it down to these. I've tried to tag all the artists.

I am truly honoured to be exhibiting alongside these talented people and visiting the exhibition has inspired me.

Looking forward to exhibiting @hurstshow with other @acornopenstudios artists this weekend. We're in the town hall and apparently it will be cool so do pop in.

What happens when you plan an artistic creation of mini buildings from recycled paper and cardboard on a summers day in the UK?

It rains of course.
Then it pours.
The area we planned to use gets too boggy.

So we change the plan and move the recycled community of mini buildings into flowerbeds.

No one minds, in fact everyone joins in getting wet from the sky and wet from the flood.

The buildings are soaked and start collapsing, we imagine everyone inside would be very wet and want to leave, but where would they go? We all had ideas.

And now the flood is over, what happens next.....
You'll just have to watch this space!

This project was dreamt up by @emmuk74 for @readingcan at @stnicolasearley with thanks to everyone who built a recycled building and to @jowylesartist for taking part @emily_h428 for videography and Liz Kerry for assistance.

Baby born to bless the world
Reminding those who were separated
That there’s no punishment of love
Only forgiveness and compromise

It’s the perfect time to gather together
Geographically or across the ether
Restoring lost connections
Despite our human imperfections

We may not meet around a fireplace
But when we gather face to face
Online or in a closer place
We thread our hearts delicate as lace
