I like to hold myself in truth. No lies. Not even white lies. Living like this eradicates SHAME. everything is owed and brought into the light.

Well I noticed I had lied about something in episode 5 so here I am clearing it up and owning it.

In a few days the kitchen comes alive again! The pots, colours, herbs and ingredients transform and become part of a weekend dedicated to movement, release and emotional truth.

Food helps us return to the body after deep inner work. It reminds us that healing can also be warm, simple and nourishing.

There is still time to join us. The Way to Emotional Freedom starts this Friday 11th September. Contact us using the links in our bio, or comment below if you feel the pull to join us.

The Casual Alchemy Podcast-Episode 4.

In this episode, we take another wonderfully chaotic detour through our inner worlds, from unpacking loneliness and the surprising things we discovered were hiding underneath it, to exploring how we’ve both found our way through it and what we’ve learned along the way.

We talk about singing, the power of the voice, learning languages and the strange ways language can change how we express ourselves and experience the world.

And because apparently we can never stay on one topic for too long, we also end up down some very random side quests into the weird world of quantum apps, Randonautica and the question of whether our intentions might actually influence what we encounter.

Expect some deeper conversations, plenty of tangents, a few existential questions, and as always, absolutely no guarantee that we’ll stay on topic.

Find us on YouTube and Spotify.

Sometimes what we need is not another answer.

It is a space where life can become quiet enough for us to hear ourselves again.

Our retreats are created as spaces for reflection, ceremony, sound, movement, connection and deep inner work.

Places where we can step away from the noise for a moment, meet what is present, and allow something new to emerge.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding these journeys in different places and with many different groups of people, drawing from more than 25 years of experience with sound, ceremony and Colombian ancestral traditions.

And this work is never held alone.

Kim and Leila are an important part of the Ancestral Pathways team, helping us create the care, warmth, nourishment and sense of community that allows the deeper work to unfold.

Our next journey is:

THE WAY TO EMOTIONAL FREEDOM II

11th–13th September
Clophill Centre, Bedfordshire

A weekend retreat exploring the patterns, emotions and experiences that can keep us tied to the past, and creating space for a different relationship with ourselves and our lives.

If something in you feels called to this work, you are very welcome.

Sometimes the most meaningful words are not prepared. They arrive in the moment, through what is being lived together.

To notice what is moving underneath the noise, what the heart has been trying to say, and what perhaps we have been too busy, too afraid, or too distracted to hear.

These retreats are made of moments like this. Moments to listen, to question, to remember, and perhaps to see something in ourselves from a different place.

A little glimpse into what it can feel like to sit together in this work.
