Adding a motor is the biggest upgrade on a kayak in my opinion. Thanks to my buddy over at OARA sports and for EMO Electric for helping us get everything we needed to rig these kayaks out!

Sailing the rough seas! I will say the biggest upgrade I’ve made to my kayak is the Newport NK300. It makes such a huge difference on bigger lakes and those windy days. It’s awesome being able to motor across the lake! Thanks Emo Electric for helping us get these motors in and rigged up!

Motoring across the lake on a windy day! Seriously these motors have been so awesome. This would’ve been a tough push on tournament day without that NK300 pushing me against the wind!

OK we may have had some fun this weekend in Tennessee! I somehow forgot to bring the pedals for the Old Town so when we’d make a big run I’d just tow Sam around! LOL

Hit the water for the first time with the Newport NK300 powered by the Redodo 50AH lithium battery and all I can say is what a game changer! It was crazy being able to go from one side of the lake to the other without getting winded!
