Back in the gym tonight with @emperformancefitness putting me through my paces again 💪🏽 Lifting weights I couldn’t hold at the start of this journey 🏋️ every session I can feel improvement and can’t thank my coach enough for working with me every step of the way showing me the ropes then correcting me when needed! 🙌🏾 #gym #football #footballfitness #workhard #footballplayer #game #strentgh #weights #exercise #coach #121 #progress #footballforlife #followforfollowback

So today was something different for me 9am start with a MMA coach at @emperformancefitness putting me through my paces to improve on speed and agility and some pad work I can’t recommend my coach Evaldas enough he worked with me and coached me through doing it the right way every single time I really enjoyed this session with him and can’t wait for the next one then eventually get in to some MMA with him. If your looking for any fitness/MMA/boxing 121 sessions I would highly recommend Evaldas he was brilliant with me and talked me through every drill and I came away smiling #training #workhard #fitnesslife #progress #drills #coach #mma #121 #padwork #getfıt #followforfollowback #fypage #workrate #foryoupage💙 #train #agility #performance
