What’s the Quick Bitez & 24 Hour Vegan experience? Let me give you my point of view.

It’s fresh. It’s local. It’s an experience.

It’s food prepared with passion, integrity, and purpose.

Every ingredient has a purpose. Every bite tells a story. Every moment creates a connection.

Because food isn’t just something we eat—it’s how we bring people together. Special thanks to @emperorguz elite camera work tap in to this young man. And my brother from another mother for setting this event up in Camden New Jersey one of one. @bodegavega

Happy Juneteenth. ✊🏾

About Three years ago, I created a podcast titled Shades of Identity, where I sat down with Black individuals and asked one simple question:

“What does being Black mean to you?”

The responses were honest, powerful, and unique. Showing the many different ways we experience, understand, and embrace our identity.

Today, I’m releasing a 6-minute film highlighting moments from those conversations and some of the powerful thoughts and perspectives that were shared.

As we celebrate freedom, resilience, culture, and those who came before us, I hope this piece sparks reflection and conversation.

Happy Juneteenth. ❤️🖤💚

Had a sauna and polar plunge adventure this week and got to meet some amazing people! Always make sure you follow three important safety rules as taught by an old Bear I know. Safety, safety, and have fun.

CAMERAsations

On Sunday, April 12th, nearly 20 Black and Brown photographers from New Jersey and Philadelphia attended a deep-dive session on the importance of using their artistic voices authentically. We discussed best business practices, life/work management, various paths in photo education, approaching galleries/museums, and much more!

I am always honored to provide platforms for folk to share their dreams and to find ways to overcome obstacles. We are all looking forward to what germinates from this gathering…
