POV: working on our strengths, access opportunity 💪🏽

We're all born with natural skills and talents

@empiredreamsinc has multiple programs for all ages to develop the mindsets and frameworks necessary to thrive in the monetization of your gifts and intelligence in both traditional and entrepreneurial endeavors

Here, we're BTS on the music video recording of their Anthem theme song w/ @originativeframe

The youth vocal recorded the song in studio only 1 day prior to this music video recording and began writing the song just 2 days before that!!

The dance (from clip 2) was made literally the same day as the music video recording 🤯

Anyone can win when presented with the right knowledge, connections, and resources; all of which should holistically elevate the learner into higher levels of self-belief, social-emotional awareness, and valuable skills

Luck is when preparation meets opportunity

These youth already have all the power and Light within them 🕯

All we have to do is continue to position them to shine ‼️🌠

My name is Gabrielle Dominique Chronister,

👩🏽‍💼 I am a mother, artist, and health professional 🤱🏽💃🏽in KC. I like to laugh and say I've lived many lives in my seemingly short time on Earth 🌎 Starting as a star student turned combat medic.. Motherhood 🎆🧬 changed everything.. My journey as a BIPOC neurodivergent Woman of humble beginnings brought many lessons, mountains, and material to work with 😅.. the visceral awareness of struggle bred a thirst for life and buckets of creativity. I began to understand my calling, as a community builder/healer and social change Artist 🌱🎨

Many of us wake up with a to-do list a mile long, not enough hours, let alone capacity to live and love fully. The burnout is real. The disparity in resources, in health, in support — it is real. And it disproportionately falls on us.

We all feel this intimately. Something I/many carry in silence through life, without a support system, wondering if this was just how it is..

But I refused to succumb to it. I decided to invest in myself. I used what my community had to offer— the arts, the people, the resources waiting to be yielded like a sword ⚔️against the things dragging me down- and in doing so I healed more and more. I found my way through. And I fell more in love with my community than I ever thought possible

When I picked myself up again and my metaphorical sword with it, the knowing it wasn't unique to me plagued me. Creating a pull I had to follow.. To arm others 🤺with the magic ✨ and freedom that is reclaiming your power with emotional literacy, embodied movement/ skill building to process, and curated community resources. Here and Ready to alleviate stress, create avenues for self love, and foster connection/community🪢💗

And so.. I give you🎉

The Agape Embrace🫂

Weaving that exact web of care for underserved mothers and families. Humans who need to feel held and helped so they may regain the bandwidth to feel their feelings, invest in themselves, and do something more.

Believing Together we gather, give, & grow — strengthened by one another 💪🏽

Because It was always possible. It is.

Come grow with us 🌹🫱🏾‍🫲🏽🪷

"You can tell that God is in it" - Miss Bobby

What a beauty-fulll day in Kansas City working with @originativeframe to recap the @empiredreamsinc annual Rise Pitch competition for their entrepreneurship accelerator program.

Then, had a phenomenal experience working with @okcasheyy at @soundxscapestudios where @silkedotjose_vme recorded the chorus for the Empire Dreams Anthem in preparation for the full program in July for their high (and middle) school summer internship

Oh yeah, we made it to Gates 🍖😎

Excited to be back soon KC ‼️

2 weeks ago in Kansas City.

Had the most delicious meal for Thanksgiving! @leshercathi

Got to do a little RSA (Redemptive Story Art) for @empiredreamsinc @madetobemaddy

Also got to see a sweet showcase of creative arts put on by @kimberlyloved116

And then discovered that full grown adults still roller skate on a weekly basis. @annaburgen

Also, check out how cute this hat is! A tiny bow.

Kansas City is as romantic as ever with its wide highways & winter snow storms.

If you’re looking for a cause to support this Holiday season consider supporting @empiredreamsinc One of the little boys who came to the kids RSA class wandered upstairs to greet me & tell me it was his “first time there” in which I responded “me too.” 🥰 It’s evident that these kids are looking for places of refuge & finding it.

Congrats to a few of our newest dancers. They executed their first demonstration performance to a live audience and did absolutely amazing! Sharing what they have learned so far in “Conditioning Classes”. The goal was to freestyle one of selected styles we coach which was the style “breaking” and to achieve to perform a freestyle without getting out of the style. And, of course they achieved the goal✅. Our students first performance is never about perfection but clarity and consistency. Great job guys💪.

Shout out and thank you to @empiredreamsinc for making these children goals a reality.
