Sundays hold such a special place at @emprpilates

We stretch, we lengthen, we socialize, we chat, we sip, and we savor a little extra time together after class. 🫶🏼 It’s more than just a stretch class — it’s our little Sunday community.

This Sunday, we’re bringing the POP STAR energy! 🎤💋✨ Come dressed as your favorite pop star, channel your inner superstar, and maybe… just maybe… we’ll open up the mic afterward! 👀🎶

Come for the stretch, stay for the vibes.

Pilates or strength training?

Let’s make room for BOTH.

Pilates for the control, coordination, body awareness, core work, and muscular endurance. We learn to create tension with intention.

Strength training we progressively increase load and work a muscle close to failure. We create the stimulus to build greater strength and capacity.

Both challenge us differently, and both have a place in our routine.

That’s what Empowered Women’s Gym and EMPR Pilates is. Two spaces where you can explore both and feel supported along the way.

You don’t have to choose a team. We are stronger TOGETHER. 🫶🏼 💪

Whittier, are you ready to reset?

In a world that constantly asks us to go, go, go, give yourself permission to slow down.

Join me every Sunday night for a mindful movement class designed to help you reset, release, and reconnect before stepping into a new week.

We’ll move through:
🧘🏻‍♀️ Breathwork
🤍 Deep stretching
✨ Lengthening & mobility
🌿 Releasing built-up tension
🫶🏼 Mind-body movement

This class is less about doing more and more about coming back to yourself. Taking a moment to breathe, listen to your body, release what you’ve been holding onto, and create space for the week ahead.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, longer, calmer, and more connected to your body.

Slow down. Breathe deep. Reset.
Your body deserves it.
Come reset with me for the week ahead @emprpilates
