POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Honestly this is what job is about 😭😭😭😭
Dan started with me in May. Couldn’t perform an RDL with the bar.
Pbing the back end of August with 100kg. We tried 105 on Sunday and it was more confidence than anything else. A bit of a mental block.
He came in to his session today. ‘I want to do legs and I want to try 105kg again’. So we did. And here we are with 6 reps. Polish these up and we go again 💃🏼
Honestly. COULD NOT BE PROUDER. 🫶🏽
Making the gym a safe place where my clients grow stronger physically and mentally means the world to me.

Another gorgeous day in the office.
Results require routine. Keep it simple 🔥🤎✨

Happpppy bloody Friday.
Let’s end the week with another client cam 📸
Maddie is part of my cheeky 2-2-1. She came to me wanting to get stronger, feel more confident in herself and recomp her body. It’s safe to say I think we have done that. This is why scales aren’t the be all and end all. Trust the process and take the time.
She’s upped her session with me commencing this month ready to go into total Winter arc mode and to continue building. Her shape is 🤌🏽🔥
So very proud. Let’s grow! 🚀

Happy bloody Monday. Let’s start the week with a client cam 📸
What a strong hot mamma!!! 🌶️
Kat needed structure back in her life after having two little ones she struggled getting back in the gym and routine. Making herself a priority came last.
Safe to say she’s smashed putting herself first now and again. Getting in the gym on her lunch breaks and a non negotiable taking it in turns with her partner on a Sunday morning so they both can get in.
Same weight in both photos but just with pushing herself and getting strong again aswell still enjoying those sweet treats her body is in full swing of a recomp.
So proud of you mate 🔥🫶🏽✨

What better way to start a Tuesday with another Client Cam 📸
Can we allllll just take a second to appreciate the hardwork that Becca put in 🔥
Becca had a love for the gym just struggled with consistency. Shes held herself accountable, worked her socks off whilst still enjoying life. She is strong as hell with a better understanding of her body and nutrition.
I couldn’t be prouder 🤎🫶🏽✨
Let’s see what the next month brings 💪🏽

I think the photos speak for themselves 😮‍💨
From not setting foot in the gym (I still remember your first session) to a few weeks away from comfortably lifting 100kg is just ridiculous.
We focused on getting strong, confident and feeling safe in the gym and honestly. I’m blown away. This is what my job is about!

Only the beginning for you. You should be so damn proud🔥🤎✨

Yesterday’s NRG-x with the girlies. Yes I was as tired as I looked 🤣😅
What do I love about taking classes? All these women showed up for themselves. Some might have been tired, some having a bad day, some feeling on top of the world.
There’s always a story. It’s more than just a class. It’s some time for them to switch off from life and do exactly what they need to feel strong and confident. As an instructor I play just as much in that role to make sure they come out feeling good and sometimes they might not even realise how much they help me 🫶🏽

I am SO beyond blessed that I can share beautiful conversations daily with incredible people whilst helping them gain strength and confidence through the process.
Embers of Strength is about creating a safe place, an hour for my clients to switch off from the world and truly focus on themselves. Ending the day on such a high and feeling proud of the community I’m building and even prouder of every single individual who chooses to turn up and work hard whilst putting their trust in me 🔥🤎✨

Becca chose violence today and went outside of her usual out of her push, pull, leg split so we made it a spicy one 🌶️
12 weeks of strength training, 2 sessions a week with me and 2 on her own. Her strength is through the roof and she looks absolutely incredible. Very proud 🔥🫶🏽✨
