For Rohingya children born in the Kutupalong Refugee Camp, Coxโ€™s Bazar, statelessness is the only reality they have ever known.

โœŠ On this 9th #RohingyaGenocideRemembranceDay, genocide survivor and Executive Director of the Rohingya Maiฬ€yafuiฬ€nor Collaborative Network (@rohingyawomencollaborative), Yasmin Ullah (@yasminjahan_u), shares what life on the ground truly looks like: shrinking rations, no access to formal education, and a generation stripped of their right to dream.

Rohingya children deserve a future beyond basic survival.

The beautiful, contagious, chaotic joy of children.ย  Listen to this with the volume up.ย  Each one of these kids deserve the world and a chance at life.ย  No different to children anywhere else in the world.ย

There are about half a million Rohingya refugee children living in Coxโ€™s Bazar.

Many of the kids there have known displacement for most of their lives. Some have just arrived more recently, experiencing perilous journeys with slim chances of survival.ย  Last week alone 530 souls perished when their boat capsized as they fled the violence and persecution in Myanmar.ย

All these children in our video are now safe, but not free - they are โ€˜legally confinedโ€™ to the camps, and are currently living through some of the worst monsoon rains with landslides and flooding.ย ย

Yet in amongst all this, are simply kids playing with bubbles, and sharing beautiful moments of joy and laughter, and for a few moments theyโ€™re simply children again.ย  Like kids all over the world.ย

Weโ€™re so proud to be working alongside **Movement in Refuge**, whose team brings activities, play and hope - and especially dreams - to children and families in the camps every day.

This is what @BubblesNotBombs is about.ย  Bringing joy and laughter to children whilst working alongside brilliant grassroots organisations already doing extraordinary work.

Every new partnership means more children reachedย

Welcome to the movement, @movementinrefuge. ๐Ÿซง

I had my headshot taken by @vasileburla as part of a session with @thehatdistrict

But I love being Gambian and what better to trick the algo with to tell you about Gambia Vs Myanmar on the Rohinghya Genocide.

Right now we should be looking at the icj case for the Rohinghya and I'm so proud that Gambia took the genocide of the Rohinghya people to the Hague.

Please keep your eyes on the icj hearing today the Rohinghyas also deserve our voice and fight.
Today's hearing is the first full genocide case at the ICJ in over a decade. This case was first filed in 2019.
More than 742,000 Rohingya became refugees.

Please follow and listen to Rohinghya voice
Here are some suggestions and comments your own too ๐Ÿ’–
