Been a big fan of the @kimchikidspodcast since as they say “interview cool people doing cool shit”, so wanted to get out to try @perillachicago Had this res on the books for a bit but after last weeks episode with @dtkceramics had more appreciation for some of the great meals we had over the last year including last week at @kasamachicago after learning more about everybody using his ceramics in their restos. It’s a who’s who of great restos in the city. @perillachicago was a phenomenal experience, we had so much delicious food, even with the crappy weather out we left feeling full and warm. Thanks to @tomoh44 and @andrewjlim for all the gifts from the kitchen, everything was incredible. It’s Korean bbq but as the guys have said on the pod, they like steering people to the veg dishes, and they did not disappoint! Can’t wait to go back again soon, highly recommend!
