Wow! We are so grateful after yesterday's full house edition of Cacao, Connection & Community. Thank you so much for coming ❤️ We're opening a second edition next month if you want to experience this beautiful evening with us ✨ 💬Spaces are limited, comment "cacao" to get all info or reserve your spot via link in bio. Brought with the intention to build a gathering based in Connection, Safety and Authenticity. Facilitated through a therapeutic lens, different modalities are combined to offer an integrated and grounded journey and experience. It is also the perfect chance to discover parts of the Enrootment Method! We will combine a Cacao Ceremony with the Enrootment Method, partner work, Energetic Bodywork, breathing, music, and a sound journey 🧘🏼‍♂️ Connection is a basic human need and a basic condition to form a healthy human psyche, nervous system and well-being. In this session we will explore how our current society is damaging this capacity, as well as what might be your own barricades that you internally might have put up. ⏳Wanna be part of it? Comment "cacao" to get all info in your inbox! We're looking forward to seeing you soon 🫂

Hey all! I am back in Belgium so the coming month, I will open my agenda to work with you in a 1-on-1 setting in Antwerp. 💬 Comment "private" to receive all info in your DMs! Or check out my link in bio to reserve your spot 🔗 Most people experience the Enrootment Method through group trainings or with practitioners I’ve trained. These one-on-one sessions are a space where I can bring my highest level of precision, presence, and integration fully to you. This work is deeply personal to me. Every session is held with reverence: for your body, your story, and the larger forces that move through this work. It’s not just therapy or bodywork. It’s a guided journey where every part of you is invited in: the physical, the emotional, the mental, and the energetic. For those ready to reconnect to their body, release what has been held for too long, and step into deeper grounding and clarity, I’ve opened a limited number of timeslots in the coming weeks. Until this Monday, you will get a €30 discount to help me make my planning. 💬 Comment "private" to receive all info in your DMs! ENROOTMENT INSIDERS // Episode 1.2: Are we trying to take someone’s pain away? I think robbing someone of his or her pain is as bad as robbing them of their good qualities. What is our intention when we work with someone’s emotions? When someone meets something painful, we may feel the urge to take it away. But what happens when helping becomes an attempt to remove an experience before the person has had the space to meet it? In this second excerpt from an Enrootment training, I go a little deeper into how this distinction shapes our role as practitioners. For me, emotional transformation also means developing the capacity to sit with your emotions, feel through them, and discover what they can open up in you. Release can happen, and it can be helpful. But I also trust that the body can hold these experiences. That something doesn’t always have to leave for change to happen. This is what I mean when I speak about “robbing someone of their pain.” Our pain and emotions are also part of us. If my intention is to take them away, what am I communicating to the person in front of me about their capacity to meet themselves, and the sacredness of their pain? I want to support someone in feeling more capable of being with what is there—with presence, curiosity and room for self-agency. A question to sit with: When you support someone through something painful, can you stay with them without immediately needing to change what they feel? 🗓️ If you want to experience being present with your pain yourself, we have an Immersion Day planned in Antwerp next week Saturday. Comment "rooted" and I'll send you all the info! About the series: Enrootment Insiders takes you inside our trainings, through uncut teaching moments that explore the thinking, sensitivity and practice behind Enrootment Method. More in Part 3 🌱

ENROOTMENT INSIDERS // Episode 1.1: Can you have an "Emotional Release"? “I can just release it from my body, and then it’s gone.” It’s a common idea in bodywork. But what message are we sending ourselves when our intention is to get rid of what we feel? In this excerpt from an Enrootment Method training, I explore the difference between emotional release and emotional transformation - and why that distinction matters in how we facilitate. Yes, some of the charge behind an emotion can release. Anger, grief or fear can find expression, and that can be meaningful. But in my approach, the work continues beyond that moment. What happens when we learn to sit with an emotion, feel it, and allow our relationship with it to change? Could something we experience as unwanted begin to reveal qualities that feel empowering? This also shapes my intention as a practitioner. I want to support someone in developing their capacity to meet what they feel, rather than making the removal of an emotion the goal of a session. A question to sit with: When you seek an emotional release, are you wanting to meet what you feel - or hoping it will disappear? 🗓️ If you want to experience this distinction yourself, we have an Immersion Day planned in Antwerp next week Saturday. Comment "rooted" and I'll send you all the info! Je mag u echt even helemaal laten meenemen.

How open are you for life? Open like a flower, undefended, unclenched, trusting the exact moment to unfold without needing to control the how, the when, the who. The flower doesn’t negotiate with the bee. It doesn’t tighten its petals to check if this nectar taking is safe first. It opens because opening is its nature. And in that opening, it receives: pollination, continuation, the whole quiet miracle of becoming more of itself through something outside itself. Where in your body is that flower still closed? Control lives in the body before it lives in the mind. It’s in the held breath, the tightened jaw, the shoulders that have forgotten what it feels like to drop. It’s in the way you plan three steps ahead instead of feeling the ground under the step you’re on. It’s a nervous system that learned, somewhere, that unfolding wasn’t safe. So the question isn’t “why am I controlling?” That’s a mind question, and the mind will always find a clever answer that keeps you exactly where you are. The question is: can I feel where I’m closed? Can I let the breath reach that place? Can I stay one more second in not knowing before I reach for the plan? The magic unfolds when you trust the process enough to stay soft. To stay with it, instead of closing, instead of running. This is the work we do together. Not forcing the flower open, but finding, in the body, through breath and touch, where it learned to close. And giving it a safe enough place to trust its own unfolding again at your pace. Nothing more, nothing less. #bodywork #thebodykeepsthescore #holdingspaceforyou

Waarom? Zoals mijn leraar ooit zei: “Kundalini is no fast track to enlightenment, it’s a fast track to facing your shit.” Daar ontstaat verbinding. Daar ontstaat belichaming.

A little extract of a daily morning in our trainings with question round and check-ins. This time around the ego and how bodywork is effective in working towards a place where emotions can finally process in the body through regressive approaches and emotional release. I love doing the trainings in a way that is responsive and interactive with the group of practitioners we have in each container as the themes that come up collectively in practice are different every time! I'm thinking of doing a live online Q&A for practitioners and those who are new soon - sharing my expertise and answering your questions and difficulties live on the spot. Who would be interested? 📥 Comment “training” and I will DM you a link with all info for our upcoming training 📥 Comment "Q&A" and you can leave your details once I bring this idea to life!

Mijn ontvangen sessies waren stil. Mijn lichaam nieuwsgierig, ontvankelijk. 🌿 Flow-Coaching — Voel. Herinner. Laat los.
