I actually cannot believe it’s New Years Eve….
Time is FLYING! I want to say thank you to everyone who has come into my life or stayed in my life in 2025🫶🏻
I will never stop being grateful for the people in my life. I’ve always been a dog person, but each year I feel I become more of a people person because of the good people who have come into my life!!
I loveeeee watching people’s recaps, and I’ve honestly been really lazy so I may be making recaps all day today and posting them or keeping them for myself we will see LOL. Don’t be surprised if u see multiple from me, I’m too indecisive to just share one💜
I hope 2025 feels good for you when you look back on the memories you made! And I hope 2026 is even better for you🫶🏻
Exciting things are in the works for the new year👀 can’t wait to share with you guys.

I can’t believe summer is already over! This summer FLEW by, and it was much different than last year’s. Last year, I packed my weekends with events and big adventures. This year, I didn’t go on a single hike, camping, or backpacking trip and kinda felt like I “wasted” my summer in a way.

But then I looked back at all of the different things I did this summer.

I spent more time with family and friends.

I got into pickleball and am obsessed.

I started golfing more again.

I did more training classes with Meeko this summer, including starting nosework and doing more reactive dog group classes.

I discovered @motopizzashop’s vegan pizzas and it has ruined all other pizzas for me.

I’ve been loving trying new matcha and coffee spots.

I started branching out and reading genres outside of romance/romantasy.

After Meeko’s injury, I got more into canine fitness and decided to apply for the CPCFT program. And I got in!!

I started playing taiko again after not playing for 6 years.

To end the summer, I went to my 3rd Jonas Brother’s concert and I lost my voice and probably a little bit of my hearing but it was worth it.

So, definitely not a wasted summer ☀️

Happy National Dog Day! 🐶🐾

In honour of today, I’ve shared some of my favorite group shots of my dogs & their doggy friends. I wish I could add more than 20 because there’s so many more I could include!

I could only tag 20 accounts in the post so I missed @thebarkside.inc @thegoodhypeofficial & @honey.beewild in the last few photos

It’s been a while 👋🏽

I haven’t been hiking at all this summer. I haven’t taken my camera out in months.

I HAVE been loving a more chill and laid back year away from social media. Hanging out with friends (with and without our pups), spending more time with family, eating good food, and doing other things I love not involving Meeko like reading, golfing, playing taiko, and attempting pickleball.

We’ve also been doing a lot more training - group classes to continue working on Meeko’s neutrality, starting nosework, and doing more canine fitness/rehab.

So, here’s a little lapse photo dump! I’m honestly not sure what I want to do with this page/social media in general. I love connecting with you all but Instagram feels so distant and disconnected now unfortunately.

How have you guys been? Let me know what you want to see more of from us. I’ve also been posting a little more on TikTok (@itsmeekothecorgi)!
