Our very first corporate pop-up! ✨

❤️ A big thank you to @eqmanchester for inviting us to be part of their pop-up market! We had such a lovely time meeting everyone and sharing a little bit of what we do.

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by for a chat, showed an interest in our little business or took something home with them. It really means a lot to us! 💕

And with Christmas just around the corner, we’re now taking bookings for Christmas corporate gifting! 🎄🎁 If you’re looking for something a little different for your team or clients, we’d love to hear from you.

Thank you again for having us! 🫶

Meet Luke Podmore, our Wellbeing Lead 💙
@luke3podmore

Behind every great team is someone making sure the people in it are looked after. At UR Wellbeing, that’s Luke.

Luke sets the standards for our wellbeing offer and makes sure every member of staff is supported. He brings a wealth of experience from setting up wellbeing services across workplace wellbeing, developing frameworks that deliver a holistic offer for the needs of the modern office environment.

He continues to support our projects across Greater Manchester and London, and he’s also our trained phlebotomist for our extensive health checks.

**What you might not know?** Luke was a talented footballer and coach, and went on to manage female football teams at professional level. ⚽

Same drive, same care for people, now applied to wellbeing.

Say hello to Luke next time you see him! 👋

On a multi-let site, the best amenities are the ones people actually use.

Q3 at Exchange Quay: wellness centre visits up 16% on Q2, membership up 46% since Q4 2025, and attendance up every month of the quarter.

Classes and on-site services bring people in, and the centre keeps them coming back. That’s real value for every occupier on the estate.

Everybody knows someone like this…

Maybe you’re that person.

You can always count on us to ⬇️

1) have our gym kit ready and raring to go for any session, any time, any place. HMU!

2) to join you on that run you’ve been avoiding because it’s a lillllllll” bit rainy outside. Doesn’t matter, the cold never bothered us anyway.

3) have a spare hair tie, scrunchie, pair of socks, water bottle, emergency gel lurking. We got you boo.

4) down to double up on the world’s grimmest looking partner session. We might even offer to do all the burpees, because we are a good person and best kind of friend.

5) need someone to drag you to the gym? Or persuade you to sign up to that class? Don’t worry mate, I’ll probs be there anyway!

We just love it.

Just don’t ask me to share my food, because honestly, that’s too far xoxoxo

Stronger businesses. Stronger communities. 💪

What happens when you bring people from different businesses together through exercise?

You build connections that go beyond the workplace.

At Exchange Quay, we’re helping businesses come together, get active and create a community where people can move, connect and thrive together.

From shared workouts to team challenges, exercise creates a natural way to break down barriers, build relationships and strengthen the wider business community.

Because workplace wellbeing isn’t just about what happens inside your own organisation.

It’s about creating a workplace community where everyone can thrive.
