Hi! We’re looking for co-tenants to share our large almost 2000 square-foot office space at the @brooklynarmyterminal . It has a large shared desk zone, two private editing suites/closed rooms with doors, a large living room area with a projector, large dining table and in-unit kitchenette. The space has amazing light with an entire wall of windows and there is a giant parking lot.

The army terminal is a 10 minute walk from the N express and has its own ferry terminal!

We’re ideally looking for a small company or a group of folks to split the space and are open to many configurations.

We pay about $6K a month so the split would be somewhere around $3K a month but is negotiable up or down depending on how we decide to share the space together :)

Since the pandemic, the space has been under utilized by us, which is why we’re looking for other great folks to share with. We’re on the @artbuiltnyc floor with tons of amazing artists and small businesses.

If interested please DM or email jeff (at) meerkatmedia.org or reach out to anyone you know personally in the group!

THANK YOU @sheffdocfest for having us for our international premiere with 3 sold out 😱screenings and incredible audience discussions after. Our team was so moved by the response and the amount of audiences that stayed after for our Q&A with @leahgalantfilm @gideonmendel and @ju.li.mo. Thank you everyone who came and told their friends to see this and thanks to the Youth Jury for the nomination! We look forward to bringing the film back to the UK soon.
💜 drop a comment and let us know what you thought of the film if you were there!

"Between Worlds" was a very special project — filmed around the world and produced in NYC with all my amazing collaborators at @meerkatmedia. It feels like a true testament to the power of collective filmmaking. Couldn’t be prouder of our work over these past two years to bring these artists’ stories to life.

New episode of @art21 premieres tonight at 9pm on @pbs + streaming online.

Thank you to the artists for opening your worlds to us.
