Shoutout to our friends @halfpricebooks

And all brave souls (mostly women btw) on the front lines protecting first amendment things ✊📚❤️‍🔥🫡

What are these old dudes afraid of, huh?!?🤔💃🏻😱

What if we started distributing books the way we do other valuable resources like produce, flowers and skateboards?

What if we spooked the scaredy cats 🙀📚🎃 for Halloween season with art workshops and exhibitions celebrating critical thinking, imagination, free speech and expression?

Well then here ya go:

BAN THIS art workshops & exhibitions at 4DWN
Sunday 10/18 11am-12pm
Wednesday 10/21 6-7pm
Student friendly exhibition Thursday 10/22 6-7pm
Led by artist and teacher @ericaconjures
And our in house art producer @druecifer

Followed by a special appearance by @neftaliedotcom on opening night of 4DWN EXPERIENCE Friday 10/23 with a book signing and audience Q&A with notables in his new book like @r.barbee @chucktreece @carabethburnside @kareemcampbelldotcom @stevevandoren there with us?

Here in the state that leads the country in banning books, what a perfect place to celebrate “movers, shakers and rule breakers!” 🛹🎢🎡🎪🤡🤣

Special thanks to Half Price Books for being brave enough to get down with us🤣🛹‼️ Thanks for leading the way when it comes to triple bottom line business innovations as they’ve been showing the world how to do well for the people and the planet while also operating profitably enough to stick around 53 years.
They started here in Dallas, but do great work providing affordable access, recycling knowledge and art in over a 100 communities coast to coast🙏
