We loved exploring Victoria! A few of our favorite places were @heyhappycoffee for delicious toast and coffee, @jamcafevictoria for a delicious meal @ecologyst_ for cozy socks and beautiful clothing @barbsfishnchips and for the best fish and chips we have ever had!!

Happy Fathers Day to the man who taught me how to speak Spanish, how to cut a straight line 🎨 and how I am never above any task nor anyone. To the man who had us bike over 1,000 miles across France when I was 11, who sent me to live in China to learn Mandarin when I was 16 and who also let me go back and live in Cuba for a Summer when it was still illegal to go. “Just fly through Mexico” he said and I did. To the man who raised me as a single father from the age of 2 in a 2 bedroom apartment and for a few years, in a 1 bedroom apartment. I am so grateful for it all. To have been raised by my Dad will always be one of my life’s greatest gifts. 💛

So humbled to be featured in @papermagazine 🙏🏼 I am so thankful for my unique upbringing and how that has shaped me into the person I am today and led me to opening @teabar 🍵 Being raised by a single father, engrained in me a strong work ethic from a very young age. He encouraged me to live abroad to be immersed in cultures beyond my own and to learn multiple languages. I am grateful that I didn’t grow up in a fancy home nor with fancy things. It is something I never understood then but am so incredibly grateful for now 🙌🏼 Link in bio for the entire interview 💕
