On #WorldMentalHealthDay, we celebrate everyone who has taken that brave step toward better mental health. And we remind those still struggling that they are not alone.

At our recent Music is Medicine benefit concert at the Capitol Theatre in SLC, @zacharylevi and friends came together for an unforgettable night of music and a powerful message: Therapy can help save lives.

But for too many people, the cost of getting that help stands in the way.

“Music is Medicine” is a benefit concert that @zacharylevi puts on to fundraise for @nerdhq_official. Their mission is to make mental healthcare more accessible. It was an amazing night!

Zachary Levi is Chuck to my husband and me, Flynn Rider to my girls, and Shazam to my son so it was extra special to be their photographer for the night. Super nice guy!

@rumerwillis was amazing too!

Working with the Professionals and them trusting in me to look their best says something. 😉
I was able to work with the beautiful Rumer Willis (AKA Bruce Willis’s oldest daughter). She sang very beautifully with Zachary Levi @ his benefit concert for Nerd HQ. Even back stage it was marvelous along with the band! It was for a great cause, everyone in this world has a purpose and an importance. I love what their mission is all about.
I am grateful to work with great people in this industry who have a good heart. I too try to give my heart in the best of ways! The positive frequency of this night was inspiring!
It was also great to have my best gal pal (@stephaniegoodman_art ) join me and keep me company too!

We were able to go to a benefit concert in SLC on Wednesday night to help raise money to provide therapy for people who can’t afford it. ❤️

We were those people a few years ago.

After losing so much in 2013, we were both struggling with PTSD and carrying more baggage than either of us really knew how to handle. Our marriage was a mess. We were trying to blend families, learn how to trust each other, process grief and trauma, navigate disability, and somehow build a life together with 6 kids in the middle of all of it.

We can say without hesitation that we would NOT be where we are today without therapy.

We went through therapy together as a couple and individually, and it changed our lives. It gave us tools to communicate, helped us understand our trauma, taught us how to work through the hard things instead of running from them, and helped us build the marriage and family we have today.

And we were incredibly fortunate to have support that made getting that help possible!!!

Not everyone does.

When we heard about @nerdhq_official and their mission to help provide therapy for people who need it but simply can’t afford it, we were immediately onboard.

Because sometimes the thing standing between someone and the help that could completely change their life is simply the ability to pay for it.

What an incredible gift to be able to remove that barrier for someone. ❤️

Thank you @ericartell, @zacharylevi and @nerdhq_official for an incredible evening Wednesday. We laughed, listened to some amazing music, had a great date night, and got to support a cause that hits very close to home for us.

Sometimes asking for help is one of the strongest things you can do. 👊❤️

Went to the Music is Medicine Concert last night and it was so amazing!

I’ve been helping out the @nerdhq_official team and @zacharylevi recently with their non profit business the past few weeks.

It’s a mental health organization that helps people get therapy who can’t afford it.

I’m a huge advocate of mental health awareness.

I feel at some point everyone struggles in one way or another with mental health issues.

It’s just freaking important to be kind and loving.

You never know what someone is going through.

I have loved helping this team recently.

Last night’s NERD HQ Music is Medicine concert featuring Zachary Levi, with special guest Rumer Willis, was truly a wonderful evening—all in support of providing mental health care to people who otherwise may not be able to afford it.
I’m especially grateful to my friends at Balance of Nature for sponsoring this incredible event and giving me the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful cause. Most of all, it was a great night because I had the chance to see and spend time with some of my favorite people, all gathered together for something that truly matters. Music has the power to bring people together and last night, it did just that.

What an incredible evening at Music is Medicine at the Capitol Theatre! 🎶✨

We had the opportunity to spend the evening with our friends Zachary Levi and Eric Artell celebrating the power of music, connection, and community.

One of the greatest privileges of producing celebrity-focused events isn’t simply getting to work with talented people—it’s having the chance to truly get to know the people behind the spotlight. Zach is one of those individuals whose heart and passion for helping others is every bit as impressive as his career.
