Last month’s fun run got rained out… so we pivoted and turned it into an indoor group session—and honestly, it ended up being one of our best yet.

We’re keeping it rolling with the next one on Saturday, May 17th from 8:15–10:15 AM.

We’ll meet at the facility, head to Reid Park together (walk, jog, run—whatever feels good), do a quick circuit, and head back. We’ve also got some raffle prizes and giveaways lined up for anyone who comes through.

If you’ve been curious about what we do or just want to get moving with good people, come hang.
No pressure, no expectations. Just community, movement, and good vibes.

Training my fascial lines with the controlled resistance of a band and the forceful impact of a heavy kickboxing bag. This dynamic combination not only strengthens your muscles but also promotes dexterity, improves coordination, and enhances overall athletic performance. I’m using a basis of understanding in Muay Thai and Functional Patterns to improve my movement while in tension. 💪🥊 #FascialLines #TensionTraining #Kickboxing #HeavyBag #FunctionalPatterns #MuayThai
