Start considering the best God scenario instead of the worst-case scenario! WINNING is in our DNA➡️ Swipe to see how 🔥 the moms on a mission community workout was this morning!

God used my BUSINESS bae/ sister @erickayslaton ok, she helped us get out of our comfort zone! Man, what a way to start the day. Are you moving your body this wellness Wednesday? Comment for more info ! We wanna see you win, too!

Things I was reminded of during the session.....
1. Resistance doesn't mean you're on the wrong path 👌
2. My facial expressions are the most 😆
3. Our mommas are locked In ok 🔒
4. I ❤️ it here like this is my dream 😭
5. Network=Networth thank you @_jasminechanelle for connecting me to @triplesetcoaching 🫂
6. Even if the unthinkable happens, God is still in control.

Here me out 👂I bet you wouldn't believe that myself and most of my clients lost their first 20lbs from HOME! YEP 🤯 All three times I've gone on a weightloss journey started at my house from @zumba to @anowaadjah to @massy.arias and now @simplypassionatelife As a mom I had to do the best I could and use my resources wisely!

It makes the time I spend in the gym now part of my hobby/outlet instead of a crutch to my wellness progress! 💯

For moms juggling a million things, the traditional gym might seem like a distant dream, but guess what? You can sculpt your strength, boost your energy, and crush your fitness goals right from the comfort of your living room.

Moms on a mission hosts weekly home workouts to help moms rid themselves of notion that a gym membership is your only ticket to fitness success! 🏋️‍♀️✨

As a mom, the real magic can happen right at home. No fancy machines or expensive memberships needed – just a commitment to your well-being and a personalized plan designed by an experts who understand the beauty of chaos that comes with motherhood.

We embrace the power of home workouts, because who says you can't sculpt the best version of yourself between diaper changes and bedtime stories? 💪🏡

If you want more information on how to get on the the waitlist for the next cohort! Comment "it's my turn"
