I am so proud to finally be able to announce that my chapbook, We Are the Borders, is now available for preorder from Rockwood Press, an imprint of @fernwoodpress! 🎉🎉🎉

This project has been a long time coming: from actually writing to the submission process, editing and cover design. Special thanks to @ericmuhr whose professionalism, dedication and of course trust in my work are the primary reasons the manuscript actually became a book. This was a fun evening chasing sunset . I definitely was not prepared for the incline of this trail while also carrying way more glass than I would probably need. However it was a really magnificent view and worth every step.

Mt. Hood Mondays a thing right? Or is it just mountain Monday? Are they supposed to rhyme? Anyways im getting a bit lost in thought so here's the majesti Mt hood during a spring sunset.

Throw back to this time last year when I finally got a chance to catch Mt Hood showing off during a beautiful sunset while towering over some lupin and balsamroot wild flowers. One of the many reasons to why I love the Pnw.

While white river falls isn't exactly a hard hike its def a really majestic view with a lot of history. This magnificent 90ft beast use to supply power to the houses in the surrounding area via a hydroelectric plant at the base of the falls from 1910 to 1960.

A Savannah sparrow singing the song of its people while chilling on the tulips during a warm sunny morning at woodenshoe farms and the Lil wiggle at the end to shake off the water is too adorable
