You’re lifting weights, staying active, and taking care of your body, so why are you suddenly noticing leaks, pelvic heaviness, or dryness during workouts?

Here’s the connection that gets missed:
Estrogen isn't just a reproductive hormone. It's a structural one.

Estrogen receptors line your pelvic floor muscles, connective tissue, and vulvovaginal and urinary tissues. When levels decline in perimenopause, those tissues lose collagen, elasticity, and responsiveness.

That means a workout routine your body handled easily five years ago might suddenly trigger symptoms; not because you’re "getting weak," but because the tissue itself needs targeted support.

How to protect your pelvic floor while staying strong:
➕Address local tissue health (localized estrogen and/or moisturizers nourish the tissue layers).
➕Work with a pelvic PT to coordinate your breath work and pressure management with heavy loads.
➕Keep lifting! Loading your bones and muscles is a non-negotiable for your midlife health.

💬 Have you noticed changes in your pelvic floor during workouts? Let's chat!👇

In this meaningful conversation, Ashleigh shares her perspective on life after cancer, why Hopewell Cancer Support holds a special place in her heart, and why conversations surrounding hormones, menopause, and longevity matter so deeply.

Our Menopause, Hormones & Longevity event is about more than education. It’s about empowering women to better understand their bodies, feel supported through life’s transitions, and recognize the importance of community.

What a weekend, Ocean City. ⚡️🌊❤️

E-Volution Expo was built around a simple idea: don’t just talk about the future—bring people together to experience it.

And this weekend, that’s exactly what happened.

From emerging technology and next-generation mobility to health, safety, sustainability and innovation… from expert panels and hands-on experiences to the Tesla Light Show and conversations happening everywhere in between—E-Volution came to life because people showed up curious.

To every exhibitor, speaker, panelist, sponsor, partner, volunteer and member of our team who believed in what we were building: thank you.

And most importantly, to everyone who walked through those doors, asked questions, tried something new, met someone unexpected, brought your families and friends, and spent part of your weekend with us: you made this event what it was.

We brought a lot of different worlds under one roof this weekend. The technology was exciting—but the connections, conversations and people are what we’ll remember most.

Ocean City, thank you for welcoming E-Volution. ⚡️

This was only the beginning.

POV: your first-ever IV… right in the middle of E-Volution Expo. 💧💥

One of the best parts of E-Volution is getting to experience new approaches to health, technology and wellness—not just hear about them.

The team at @LifeMedInstitute walked @The_Kim_Kelley through the entire process: checking her blood pressure first, discussing her individual needs, explaining the nutrients being used, and customizing her IV hydration experience accordingly.

💧 Hydration
⚡ Vitamins + nutrients
🩺 Pre-treatment safety screening
🧬 Personalized options based on individual needs

Thank you @LifeMedInstitute for joining us at E-Volution Expo and giving attendees a hands-on look at the wellness services you provide.

The future of health gets a lot more interesting when you can actually experience it.
