ABSORBER _ Teaser
—-HEADPHONES—-

A short film I’ve carried close since it first took shape on the page, and held even closer through the making of it. So thankful to the friends who showed up and gave so much of themselves to bring it to life.

Massive thanks to @cassidygearhart for your editing genius, and for attacking the story shoulder to shoulder with me.

@ericulbrich for the beautiful images we chased and caught together.

@sethricart @sheinadao and the whole @rcocolor team for the color, the finishing, and for pulling this across the line with me.

To the one and only @echolab @echogav who went above and beyond to bring my score and his incredible sound design together in the mix.

@robertsmyth for your story insights.

@andrestringer for your generosity with the gear.

@lithiumaerials for flying with us.

@annikarosss @dogtownfilm @meganseely_ for your incredible talent and patience. So immensely thankful.

And thank you to the entire crew, @jbargiel @hollyhorne @drk.hso @mkittappa @sander._.ceramics Every one of you.

Special thanks to @scottfranklin33 for supporting this project.

What a THRILL it was to get to moderate the @awd_directors keynote discussion last month with celebrated @rachelgoldbergdirector (AGATHA ALL ALONG, AMERICAN HORROR STORY, GEN V, THE ‘BURBS, etc.)! 🎤🎬

Enjoy our timely, refreshingly human and super playful conversation here! It meant a whole lot to me for Rachel to say “you’re amazing” to me at the very end of our in-depth entertainment industry chat in front of an audience filled with our creative peers! 🫶🙏
