Get in that workout that you have been wanting to do.
Put on a video from youtube and follow it
Do easy stretching if you can
Have family game nights

I know that times are hard and we are all feeling a little anxious and nervous with the situation at hand.

The best thing to do now is to stay home, stay calm and don’t panic.
Find reputable sources and information to understand what is going on.
Do not spread news that is false and
Be kind to one another.

Congratulations to #kBoxCoach @eriktan75 on his athlete @cheongmin_tan becoming a World Wushu Champion. 🥇🇲🇾 Coach Tan teaches us that "Wushu is sometimes known as Kungfu, and is divided into two categories; Toulu (choreographed routine) and Sanda (combat type). We focus on the Toulu category. Toulo requires strength, power, speed, flexibility and endurance. There is a lot of kicking and jumping with rotation in Wushu, 360, 540 and 720 degrees. In Taiji, there's a lot of lunging moving and single leg jumps and landing, therefore the athletes need very good eccentric strength." Coach Tan's eight athletes won no less than 2 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medals at the World Wushu Championship. Hard work and discipline creates results. 👏

As I sit here typing this I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that I qualified for the Olympic Games in Tokyo, 2020.
It has been my dream since I was 8 years old and to see it become a reality is an indescribable feeling.
After coming so close in Rio and not qualifying, it was devastating.
I am incredibly thankful and grateful to soo many people in my journey to get to this moment.
To my coaches Ms. Nataliya and Ng Shu wai. You have pushed me, guided me and believed in me and my dreams. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for you.
To my amazing teammates, Ing yueh ,Tracie, Ena, Azira, Siti , Rachel, Geanie and Imaan. You are the most amazing friends, teammates, and sisters. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me.
To my family, my amazing sisters , Tina and Aisyah , my mom and dad. None of this would have been possible without your constant support and love.
Thank you to Ms Soo, Ms Sukhdev and Kak Nurul for helping us prepare for this competition, and the support you’ve given us throughout the years.
Thank you to KBS, MSN, MGF, ISN especially, Erik, Tomny and Thomas for your continuous support and for allowing us to compete and continue our journey for Malaysia.

I am not a fan of squat exercise even though it's important for diving. But I have a good experience trying on flywheel squatting exercise which feels totally different than the traditional squat.
With the kBox, you work against the variable inertia of heavy steel flywheels, instead of lifting weights against gravity. Totally works like a charm! 👍🏼 #tuesdaylegday #trythistuesday #trainandlearn #flywheeltraining #kbox #eccentricworkout

All the talent on the earth won't take you anywhere without your teammates. It's the toughest time for me to make this decision, to put an ending of my career that I'm still so passionate about it. I would like to thank bam for giving me this golden opportunity to represent country for the past 15 years and I was truly proud to stand at the highest podium, won many memorable titles with my partner Vivian Hoo. On top of that, I would also like to thank my coaches Rosman, Pei Tty, Pek Siah, teammates, my partner for your best guidance and supports to achieve highest success. Many thanks to msn and isn staffs provided me such great facilities; included medical, physical trainer, rehabilitation, massage, video analysis, nutrition and exercise physiologist in order to keep me at good condition and achieved my peak performance during competition and off seasons. Last but not least, I just want to give a huge thanks to the fans out there, who have been behind me for your full supports all these years. 😊
