a day late for national aesthetician day, but never a day late to be grateful for this career🤍

being an aesthetician is about so much more than skin. it’s about creating a space where people feel cared for, seen, and comfortable enough to slow down and pour back into themselves. it’s about caring for the skin, nurturing the soul, and reminding others that they deserve to be taken care of, too

i feel so lucky that i get to do what i love every single day and that you trust me with a little piece of your selfcare. thank you for allowing me to be part of your skin journey and for making unwind what it is today.
my heart is so full, and i’ll never take this career or the people i get to care for for granted🤍

happy national aesthetician day, a day late🫶🏻

Ever wonder what we’re up to when we’re not on the reformer? Turns out, quite a lot 💕

Our team shared three seconds of their weekend. A little slice of our full, slightly chaotic lives outside the studio. We know you are doing the same and we’re always grateful to be a part of your day - whether it’s 6:30am or 6:30pm.

Our favorite part of the studio is getting to know you and connect with you over the books you love, the movie we can’t miss, and the restaurant we need ti try. We share our wins, milestones, and hold space when life calls for it.

Tag the friend who’d say “yes” to a modern reformer Pilates class and brunch with you 😘 and we’ll share a favorite spot we love!

Usually I’m the one reminding you to make time for self-care… today I took my own advice. 🤍

I have been so excited to try a class at La Forme, and it was everything I hoped it would be, and more. From my first step inside the studio, I felt welcome, taken care of, and part of the amazing community they have created. 🫶🏼💕 If you haven’t taken a class before, I highly recommend the Foundations class to get comfy!

We’re all busy. Consider this your reminder: you deserve a spot on your own calendar, too. ✨

Big money talk. Real life connections. And clarity over noise @ the @zax_fit Owner’s Summit. 💸
•
During the summit, @laura.munkholm’s keynote reinforced how your studio culture isn’t something that can be copied. It’s sacred. It’s work. It’s a leadership practice. And that feeling starts with you. ✨

Same chat 💬. Completely different posture.

Fifty minutes on the reformer and suddenly everyone is sitting like they have somewhere important to be. Pilates makes everything better. Including this.

Kinda chic to book your reformer like it’s a meeting with yourself. Kinda chic to have an instructor make modifications for you before you walk in. Kinda chic to still feel Monday’s class on Wednesday. Kinda chic to love your local reformer Pilates studio - that also loves STL deeply.

Investing in yourself like the luxury that you are? Très chic.

Tell us which is most chic to you 💋

Kinda chic to book your reformer like it’s a meeting with yourself

You wouldn’t cancel on your boss. Showing up on time, every time, isn’t about the schedule — it’s proof you’re putting yourself first before anyone else gets a piece of your day.

Kinda chic to still feel Monday’s class on Wednesday

The soreness isn’t a flex. It’s the proof that 50 intentional minutes did more than an hour on autopilot ever could.

Kinda chic to be known by name before your fifth class.

A friendly face when you walk in who knows you love reformer 7 and a towel on your platform each class. An instructor who remembers you’re coming back from an ankle sprain or that you need a modification for your wrists. Because you deserve to be treated this way.

Kinda chic to belong to a studio where you actually matter.

Every name we remember, every invite we send, every 50 minutes we protect on your behalf — that’s not an accident. Turns out, kinda chic is just paying attention to all the details.

Kinda chic to walk in solo and leave with weekend plans

The best studios help you find your business partner, your new coffee date, your next hire, the connection you needed for your fundraiser, the perfect person for your next project, your broker, and the person you look forward to hugging before a class.

Kinda chic to actually look forward to the thing on your calendar

Not every studio gives you a reas

They’re not wrong.

I have, hands down, the best team in St. Louis - the women who teach, greet, and run this studio better than I could on my best day. They keep me humble. They keep me grounded. And they remind me, daily, how lucky I am to lead them.

The bit? A joke. The gratitude? Always real.

Come meet them in the studio and on the reformer.

Damn, I have come a long way!

There are such incredible women around me, and I’m so grateful that I get the opportunity to be a person in their life!

I felt like this is what I wanted to speak on today. Pardon the rambling at the end… I’m working on my storytelling in public speaking skills 😍

A night spent celebrating local businesses, creativity, and community with @tsgsaintlouis.

Feeling incredibly grateful for the friendships and connections this business has brought into my life. Thank you to the wonderful friends who invited me to The Scout Guide Saint Louis Volume 9 Cover Color Party. It was such a joy to spend the evening surrounded by inspiring entrepreneurs, creatives, and familiar faces.

One of my favorite parts of being a business owner is the community that comes with it. The conversations, encouragement, and genuine support behind the scenes are truly priceless.

Here's to championing local businesses, building meaningful relationships, and celebrating the people who help make our dreams a little bigger. 🤍
