Worth carrying the flashes ⬇️

Bringing lights can always be a tricky decision. They’re heavy, take up a lot of room in the bag, and slows down the overall shooting process. On top of that you’re usually limited to a single frame due to the flash recycling times which just means you need to be on top of it when shooting action.

It’s not always the right decision, but if you have a plan it’s definitely worth it and allows you to create shots that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to make.

The gear is getting lighter so it’s becoming an easier decision to make, and not needing to carry what was essentially a car battery around the mountains anymore.

Youth Athlete Speed and Agility for August will be on Wed evenings and Friday mornings or after school once school starts, starting tomorrow (Wed) at 5pm and will run until Sept 3rd. No class on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. Please get signed up today if your athlete is planning to participate so Erin can get her program finalized and I can make sure we have the equipment needed. We did see all the kids in the last session progress their speed/agility and over all athleticism over the course of a few weeks. Erin makes it fun. DM here or text Marina for sign up link. 💪🏼 #mountaingreengymrocks @erincomstock

I feel like so many things happened this here year. Much hype and anticipation from the 900 inch season prior just to be let down breathing inversion dust and acid snow in the valley. All we could do was get high.. above the clouds. @irideparkcity was firing - @jimmangan was hell bent on leaving his mark & making it THE premier park, shooting a movie, accommodating shoots, etc. Major hospitality. Big shout out for hooking it up with a season pass to do what we did (and underground VIP parking) and another shout out to @carlinojoevideo for tapping me in to the Transworld 20 Tricks creation of which one fateful day with @bigev_online I was given a nickname by @ian_ruhter for no reason at all (: Getting to shoot @jordan_mendenhall + @bryanwfox was frickin sick too. Insert we’re not worthy Wayne’s World GIF here.
